If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.
Please note that while the yard is fully fenced, the gate is currently not closing properly. Due to seasonal limitations, a full repair cannot be completed until spring.
We have bi-weekly yard maintenance visits so you may see someone entering the yard or detached garage & storage shed during your stay. They will not enter the house.
A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.
Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.
Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.
We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.
