This 2300 square foot home sits at the end of a long driveway on 2.7 acres. Visitors are met with a well landscaped circle drive and welcoming front porch complete with a swing and rocking chairs. In addition to the circle drive, an attached two car garage and parking area provide plenty of space for storage and family activities. The most exciting surprise will be the 9000 square foot lawn that wraps around the rear and side of the home. This space is perfect for family games, sports, or just absorbing copious sunshine. The full back deck and outdoor shower also provide the opportunity to regroup and relax after a day at the beach. The back deck is complete with a gas grill, lobster pot, and dining table. The home is an 8 minute drive down gravel roads to the 600 acre Long Point Wildlife Refuge Beach. This is a wonderfully maintained natural habitat that provides access to both a seaside beach and quiet pond for swimmers. In addition to Long Point Beach, guests will be a short drive to other beaches including South Beach and Lambert's Cove. The home is centrally located to make travel to any point on the island relatively short. This includes 10-15 minute drives to Edgartown, Menemsha, Aquinnah, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven.
