About the host
Hosted by Clint Rigsby

We have been married for 25 years and have five sons ranging in age from 9 to 22. We lived in our favorite city, Charleston, SC for 8 years before moving to Greenville to be closer to both of our families. I am a professional landscape architect and April is homeschool mom extraordinaire. We have a special place in our hearts for Cuban and Indian food and cultures.
Why they chose this property
When we moved to Greenville, we wanted to live downtown in a house with character and charm. We stumbled across our bungalow and fell in love. The best thing of course about our place is being within walking distance to all that downtown Greenville has to offer. The charming architecture, four-season garden, deep front porch, City views, and creek-side back yard are just all icing on the cake!
We are excited to share the house we've grown to love, as well as our love for Greenville, with our guests.

What makes this property unique
One of a kind, the 90+ year old house is located in the quiet walkable Heritage Historic District (est. 1910) with views of the downtown skyline from the front yard and a babbling creek in the backyard. We hope you'll enjoy being within walking distance to all that downtown Greenville, Heritage Green, and the neighborhood has to offer. We enjoy helping guests with information about Greenville so please do not hesitate to ask. And if you're interested in the history of our house and the neighborhood, we're happy to share that as well!
