On Ocean, Beautiful Beach Villa, 5 Star Amenities!

Located on the 3rd floor of this 5 story oceanfront condo, with an elevator, just steps from the beautiful sandy beach by a private boardwalk, and expansive courtyard with picnic tables and grilling outdoors, zero-entry expansive pool with poolside bar.

Everything you need is accessible by walking or biking, you can park your car for the week.
Enjoy free cable TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen, with each of the two bedrooms on opposite sides of the villa, giving more privacy to each room. Walk out to the balcony from the living room and master queen bedroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own full suite bathroom. There is a full queen sofa bed in the living room, providing sleeping for up to 6 people.

Laundry machines available on first floor for your convenience. As well as access to the new Hilton fitness facility and media room next door.

Known for outstanding golf courses and tennis, don't forget to bring your golf clubs and tennis rackets.
Can walk or ride bikes along the beach, or along several beautiful bike paths around the entire island. It truly is a southern paradise with breathtaking views of the ocean.

The location is absolutely perfect! Access to the beach, which can be seen from the balcony, plus pool access for my kids was great! The place was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it!

Perfect March Getaway
We stayed here as a family of 4 for a week in March and could not have had a better experience. The location on south forest beach is excellent with just a short walk to the beach. The hotel amenities are a really nice perk and the pool is very kid/family friendly. Thr unit was well represented by thr photos, the views of the beach were actually even better than we expected which was a nice surprise. The unit itself was very well equipped. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Azra is a wonderful host and took extra care to make our stay feel special. Thank you and we hope to be back again next year!

This was a beautiful condo with excellent amenities! Beds comfortable, kitchen stocked, and condo is clean. The pools and resort bar/restaurant are so nice. The host was easy to communicate with. I would recommend!!

Comfortable stay
The property has everything you would want and the condo is well furnished. We enjoyed playing ladder ball and the pools. The bikes were the highlight of our trip and the rental process was super easy complete with pick up/drop off. It is not a complete view of the ocean however the pictures gave an accurate amount of the view. Overall, the owner is super responsive and it was a great stay!

Great stay at fabulous HHI!
This place was great! We have been visiting HHI for years and have always stayed at the Grande Ocean with our timeshare. My family wanted to get in a few extra days, so we booked this adjacent property. The condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay, with plenty of room for us and our two teenagers. The living area and beds were all very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The attached resort facilities (pool, hot tub, lawn areas) were much nicer than we expected, and my son enjoyed being able to go to the gym. This location is an ideal place to be on the island, away from any traffic, a short walk to Coligny Plaza, and an easy bike ride into Sea Pines. We’ll be back soon!

Perfect Beach Condo for a Family!
This was just the condo we needed for our beach getaway. It had all the amenities that our teens wanted - a gym, pool, and hot tub. We all loved the location to the beach and its ease of access. Before our arrival, the host gave us thorough instructions and a lot of great tips. We will be back!

Phenomenal Condo with Amazing Beach Access
My family recently stayed at this property. The condo is beautiful, clean and quiet. There is a workout facility next door, and the pool is great. We could walk to Coligny Plaza where there is a grocery store. The best part of this condo is how close it is to the beach. You can walk there in five minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was okay overall. The kitchen didn’t have any storage/pantry. The cookware was not great. The central air did not condition the bedroom areas evenly. Being tied to the resort was great. The pools and outdoor areas were nice and the beach was an easy walk.

Great location, would stay here again
My family and I loved the location and the use of the Hilton pool. Condo was easy to find and was a very short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The only suggestions we have, is provide more towels (only had 6 the entire stay) and beach toys for kids. The limited towels is tough when you go to pool, beach and shower throughout the week. Otherwise, we loved it and would stay here again.

This property was an easy walk to the ocean. It was nice to be able to use the Hilton amenities. The checkin process was simple and easy. The only thing is halfway through our stay the elevator broke.

Loved our clean, updated oceanfront condo
Our family stayed one week in the condo on Hilton Head Island. Azra, the owner, was a pleasure to communicate with. She's friendly and responded to our texts quickly. We liked the keyless entry and were able to go directly into the condo without having to check in. Huge bonus having access to the Hilton next door. We used their very clean fitness center and pool (pool towels even provided at Hilton's front desk!). Loved the cold towels for our use after working out. Plus, the location just can't be beat being right on the ocean and walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery stores and Coligny Plaza. Walking on the beach was awesome. Very wide beach and super fine sand. We also enjoyed exploring the historic district of Savannah since it was only a 50 minute drive to get there. All in all a memorable vacation and we already look forward to our return!

Great spot!
Great spot near shops/restaurants but not immediately in the "busy" area, which we loved. It was nice having beach access and having the pools, although the main pool was closed for all but 2 days of our stay due to maintenance I believe. Condo was a good size for me, my husband, and our almost two year old.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 10 years, and really wanted a place to call home when we visited every year. We were lucky enough to find this gem, right on the ocean, and want to be able to share our home with friends & family, and others who enjoy the water, the sun, and the nature of Hilton Head.

What makes this property unique

We have completely renovated this condo with a warm beach feel of the island. The villa is newly renovated inside & out, with all new fixtures and furnishings in 2019. Is wonderful to take a few steps outside and be right on the ocean. There are brand new 5 star amenities, large zero-entry & heated swimming pool with large hot tub, poolside restaurant, games & bbq areas, fitness facility & media room and so much more.
