Why they chose this property

It was a newly planned community established in 1998. We had the house built in 2002, and we have kept it because we love it. It’s private and faces west and you get to see beautiful sunsets. It’s really nice to hang out on the lanai .. it’s the type of house where you just stay home lounging around, maybe a lil too much, because it’s so peaceful and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

It’s very centrally located to everything you’d want to do in the area. Lots of great dining and shopping / retail nearby. Short walk to the pool, the Braden River. Jiggs Landing and all the local beaches are close by too. Lots of opportunities to get on the water from this location.
