Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Orlando. Perfectly located in the heart of central Florida. 8 minutes from Orlando international airport, 15 from downtown Orlando/Universal studios/Sea world, and 30 minutes from Disney world. The home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood surrounded by plenty of fast food, dining restaurants, theme parks and lots of entertainment. Please enjoy our free wifi with fire stick. Free parking, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Please enjoy our free wifi. 3 tv’s total. Smart tv in living room, smart tv in master bedroom. Private covered outdoor grilling/lounging area with a tv and fire stick. We welcome up to 2 dogs with a pet fee, no cats or other pets. Outside camera surveillance mandatory for your safety. There is a large pool on the property and it is not offered as a part of the listing as it is being renovated and currently covered. The pool is an extra amenity that is not advertised with the home.
