SONORAN SKY ON SANDY BEACH BEAUTIFUL GROUND FLOOR 3BD 3 BATH CONDO AMAZING VIEWS
Welcome to the Sonoran Sky. This ground floor unit has beautiful views of Old Port during the day and the glistening lights of the Port at night. Sitting on the patio, the views of the ocean are unsurpassed! Walk a few steps off the patio and you are at the hot tub, walk a few more steps and you are at the sparkling pool.
A couple more steps and you are on the beach ready to play in the ocean or relax in the shade in a lounge chair under a palapa. The hot tub is only a few steps away. Please bring your own beach towels.
The Sonoran Sky Resort is a single tower resort, which gives a little more intimate feeling than some of the larger resorts. The lobby boasts a well-stocked convenience store, a computer room, and a state of the art fitness center. The upper floor has a spa with massages and many other services available. There is also a children's play area and charcoal barbecue grills located on the 3rd floor.
The ocean side of the resort has a sparkling gravity edge pool. There is a pool right on the beach level which has a swim up bar. There is a water slide pool for kids and a hot tub. There is a shaded deck that has a Tiki Bar, swinging hammock chairs, and shade palapas.
The condo has 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed and each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is complete with all bedding, and towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels. The kitchen should have all the cookware, utensils, and dishes, you need to prepare your own meals, or visit one of the nearby restaurants! A washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. Laundry detergent is not provided. There is a wine/beverage cooler available to keep all you beverages chilled. The condo is decorated lovely, and it is very appealing for a comfortable vacation by the ocean. There is a private patio for your pleasure to relax or have a little siesta. There is an

Hi, we purchased this new condo at the beginning of December 2016 and we are very excited. We hope that you will enjoy our condo and treat it with love. We have been coming to Rocky Point for over 30 years - since my son was about 4. This picture was taken at his beautiful wedding that they had on the beach this past Spring. So, you can see that we all love Rocky Point! Too bad I am only able to upload 1 picture of myself and my husband, or I would bore you with lots of wedding photos!
Why they chose this property
The Sonoran Sky is arguably the most prestigious resort of all properties in Rocky Point. It is the newest resort of the Sonoran Resort family! It is a single building that gives a little more intimate feeling than some of the larger resorts. That also means that it is never as busy or crowded as the larger places. A more cozy feeling. And yet, it has all the amenities that you would expect at a larger resort. I hope you will consider staying at our beautiful condo, you won't be disappointed!
What makes this property unique
There are so many unique benefits about this property. Starting with it being a ground floor condo. You can relax on your own private patio and still fell like you are sitting by the pool. * Please note * The hot tub on the patio is NOT functioning. * The hot tub and the pool are just steps away, and the beach is just a few more steps beyond the pool! There is a TIKI bar beach side and a new Sports Bar/Restaurant for your enjoyment. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. Early check in - if available - is $50. Please email a few days before your arrival to be sure the condo is available for early check in, if desired.
