Remodeled duplex (you get a whole side all to yourself), two private bedrooms with queen beds, 1 full size pull out in couch with memory foam upgraded mattress. I roll away bed also for the young ones or additional person. Great reviews from all my guests so far (5 Stars by all)! We are about a $5-8.00 ride to convention center, stadiums, and only a short walk or bike ride to cultural district and other local establishments. Wifi, full kitchen, laundry in basement, 1 TV, pretty much anything you need.

Excellent for long term stay

Property is close to downtown attractions. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Great for long term stays. Randy is available for answering questions. Very professional.

Excellent accomodations

The place was clean. Plenty of extra linens. Randy had everything we needed ready when we got there. He lives near by and get was very accessible. He even came by the first night and introduced himself. Very very nice stay could not ask for anything more.

Great for weekend trip

Small, but comfy duplex. Washer and dryer in basement was a huge plus. Enjoyed the bonuses of water and snacks for when we hadn’t had a chance to stop at the store yet. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, along with coffee and basic spices. Would stay again.

Close to downtown

Easy check in (owner was okay with and prepared for our very late check-in), house was clean and well-stocked with goodies and bathroom necessities, on-site internet worked great! I highly recommend this spot if anyone is staying in the area.

Worked for what we needed

We needed a place to stay for 1 night and didn't want to be downtown. We had 4 kids with us and we all fit comfortably with 2 in a bed and 1 on the couch. The other was a baby in a pack and play, which fit well in the master. The unit was accurately described. it could have been a little cleaner, there were some cobwebs and bugs roaming about. If we would have stayed for a weekend, it would have been tight for the 6 of us. For one night, it worked just fine. Randy did communicate quickly when I needed to reach out. The unit was well stocked with cooking essentials and he included some bottled water and there were a few snacks available.

Amazing house and neighborhood

The rental process was so easy, the owner was very responsive to any of our needs while staying in Indy. If/when we return to Indy in the future we will certainly try and stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, Randy

All was as described in the narrative. We did not meet Randy but he was available at all times if we needed him. We found the place to be very comfortable and it fit our needs well. It was near the Convention Center which was a big plus for us. I appreciate all the little extras Randy left for us: the toothbrushes, mouth wash, soaps, coffee, plenty of towels. Very much appreciated!!! Thank you!!!

Great stay with nice extra touches

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the fast communication. Everything was as advertised and clean. We enjoyed having condiments, water, and snacks provided. There were also some games provided that came in handy when we had a rainy day. We were in town for a baseball tournament at Grand Park, and it was an easy 30 minute drive to the complex. We would stay again in the future!

awesome family trip

The owner sent me a message the day of my trip with all the needed information. He was very flexible and had everything ready for our arrival. He answered back quickly whenever I sent a message. The home was clean and very well stocked with bedding, towels, pillows and even condiments in the fridge. There was snacks and bottle water as well as coffee. The internet worked great. The pots were a little old but worked to make spaghetti for dinner. We are definitely staying again when we return. You can't go wrong with this place. We had 4 kids and 2 adults. It was small but much better than a hotel as we had separate rooms to use allowing the older kids to stay up while the younger ones slept.

Comfort, Excellent stay and Superb Service

I have stayed at many Home Away locations all over the USA and not once have I left a review but this stay was so comfortable I just had to commend the host. I think I slept better here than in my own house, the place was so quiet and cozy. Randy made it so nice and easy upon check in. There were snacks stocked up and bottled water in the fridge. Plenty of clean towels, sheets and blankets filled the closet. All the linens were so fresh and so clean. The beds were very comfortable and the Monte Jardin blankets were extra soft. During the summer days you can sit on the patio and enjoy the green scenery, fresh air and plenty of trees on the block. Just a short 10 minute drive away from downtown Indy. Thank you Randy for your hospitality.

Ideal

I've stayed in several property's and never reviewed them, but this one impressed me. Came to Indy with my little family of three and grandparents. Nice little place. It's a little dinged up, but it's VERY well appointed and clean. This guy thought of everything and it was much appreciated. A little off the beaten path so it's quiet, but still close enough to attractions to be convenient. My kiddo wants to come back to Indy next year so we'll be checking back!

Great place!

We had a great time! Randy leaves water, snacks and a lot of “extras” I wasn’t expecting! Great little park just a block away. I was worried about safety since we had our kids with us but I never felt uneasy. We will definitely stay again!

Very close to downtown! very comfortable! 10/10 would stay here again.

Randy made it a breeze to book. We were very comfortable. It was wonderful that we could bring out little dogs too! There was more room than expected in the apartment, and a nice private court yard all the units share. The fist thing I noticed was a couple of very nice coffee makers. Coffee makers can be pretty gross in rentals. Randy had a new Keurig and another top end system. Plenty of coffee, bottled water and snacks too. There were all the toiletries you could need and plenty of blankets and even nice soft sheets. It’s a shame it was so cold (-10) as I may have taken my daughter to the playground up the block or walked down to one of the nearby brewery’s in the evening. Luckily there was plenty of entertainment from the already set Netflix account and satellite tv with HBO. I found the WiFi pretty solid and I was able to watch an out of market basketball game in my iPad with only a few hiccups in the feed. Downtown is only about a mile away and there are plenty of food, drink, and shopping options with in 3-5 minutes of driving. I imagine biking in warmer months would be fun from here. If you have little ones be sure to go to the children’s museum! Well worth it. I would love to bring some friends here too and see a game or concert. One thing I would like to see is a vacuum I could use. The broom worked but... anyway we had a great time 10/10 would stay here again. Thanks Randy!!!

Randy is a great guy and eager to make for a great stay.

Location was deceptively quiet. Had a quiet, uneventful trip-just what we were looking for. The home was well-stocked and quite cozy. Wifi was frozen-snail slow and the satellite went in and out, but really not a big deal. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Home was clean and had any needed or desired supplies. Randy has done a nice job with the place.

Close to the city at the edge of current zone of rehab of old properties into nicer neighborhoods for all to enjoy. Bit of a hike into city ... will eventually be able to bike but current road construction makes this challenging so car reccomended. Owner allows driveway parking so this is nice. Take a walk around area towards the West ... to see lots of nice home gardens.
