We invite you to a special place we call Bear-A-Dise. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is tucked into a quiet, tree filled neighborhood with breathtaking views of the Rockies and downtown Estes Park! You will enjoy privacy and seclusion while being just minutes away (by car) from downtown Estes Park. 3 floors of amazing living/ sleeping space and views everywhere you turn!

Get ready to make the best family memories!Enjoy snuggling up on the comfy recliners and couches in the window filled tv/fireplace room on the main floor. You’re guaranteed to enjoy the ambiance of the wood burning fireplace and fabulous mountain views from every window. Watch your favorite shows on the smart tv or simply take in the mountain views. Dining in? Enjoy your favorite meal at the oversized rustic table that seats 10. You’ll love the amenities of the fully stocked, gourmet kitchen. We provide everything you need to cook your favorite meal. Gas stove, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, filtered water… what’s not to love about this beautiful, sun filled kitchen!

Ready for sweet dreams? Main floor offers the convenience of 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen) and 2 full bathrooms. Master king bedroom is window lined and gorgeous! You will love the beauty that surrounds as you gaze out the many windows- but when you’re ready for privacy no worries- just draw the blinds and snuggle in! En suite bathroom is amazing with walk in shower, double shower heads, double sinks and granite vanity tops. Second queen bedroom offers a great view from window, cozy cabin decor and is just steps away from the full bathroom down the hall. There’s fun to be had downstairs in the fully furnished game room. Take your pick between the pool table and retro style arcade games. Fun for the whole family! Lower level also features a sleeper sofa in the game room as well as bedroom with twin bunks and a twin trundle. Enjoy the protected patio (with views!) accessed though the lower level bedroom. Full bathroom conveniently located next to twin bedroom. Yet another walk-in shower!


Get ready for a treat as you head to the uppermost level where you’ll find the master king bedroom. This is no ordinary bedroom- the views from this room are absolutely breathtaking! Enjoy the fabulousness from bed or head over to the sitting area and take it all in on the loveseat or recliners. Ready for fresh air? King suite also offers access to balcony with plenty of lounging furniture-perfect for slow mornings with coffee! En-suite bathroom features large jetted tub and curbless walk-in shower with custom glass “mountain top” surround. Enjoy the luxury after a big day of hiking. Getting ready is a breeze with 2 sinks. Upstairs also has small tv/living room complete with desk, tv, couches and chairs. Great place to sneak away to if you want to spread out! Balcony access as well! 4 wheel drive recommended for spring and winter guests. The property is not difficult to access but a 4 wheel drive is a good idea in the mountains for snow months!

Fantastic space and views

Loved this property. We’ve stayed in a lot of properties - this one was the most fully stocked with everything you need. Extra towels, kitchen utensils, pot and pans, coffee. Clean. Amazing views overlooking Estes Park. We got to use the detached garage to keep the car overnight, which was appreciated when it snowed overnight. Leah was in contact with us with clear instructions, etc. Thank you for a great stay.

Awesome property

This was by far the best rental we’ve done in Estes Park! Pictures do not show the beauty of this location. Overlooking downtown, we felt like we had one of the best views ever. The beds were comfy, and we had a selection of beautiful tiled showers to use. Playing pool while we were watching 3 ft of snow fall was a bonus. The huge kitchen was a treat! It was stocked with things you need. Several big family relaxing areas we just couldn’t decide where to be?. There are several balconies/patios as well. You will not regret renting this home!

Gorgeous views

This was our favorite vrbo home! Great location, gorgeous views, lots of space. We had an issue with heat in one bedroom and service providers arrived very quickly and solved the problem. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return.

40th Birthday Celebration at Bear-a-diss!

We have a wonderful time in Estes, and this property made the trip. The views of the mountains and downtown were stunning and did not disappoint!

Even Better than expected

Bearadise is a fantastic home with lots of room inside and out. There is a newly remolded bedroom and an accessible bathroom that aren’t in the photos so everyone had their own full bathroom. We would stay here again in a heartbeat . The kitchen has everything you need and we cooked most days there. The beds were comfortable and there were games and dvds for the family to enjoy . We loved it! Thanks so much for a great autum visit!

Great place to stay!

We had a few college friend couples stay here this weekend and had a blast! Loved the pool downstairs, huge living area with a great view (especially for watching football), and a great kitchen for making meals for a group. Hoping to come back!

Rocky Mountain National Park Visit

Our stay at Bearadise was awesome! The view from the deck of Estes Park and the surrounding mountains is incredible. And we enjoyed grilling and cooking several meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The attention to detail on the decorations throughout adds an element of fun to every room.

Wonderful home for our family of 9. Lots of space and plenty to do in the area. RMNP is gorgeous with plenty of trails that the little ones could do. We would definitely recommend this property as everything was top of the line from furniture to decor. Very clean! My only suggestion for the home would be to have a big rug inside the front door. It rained a lot when we were there and there wasn’t a place for wet shoes or something to step on to without getting the floor all wet. If we ever make it back to Estes, this will be our first pick! Thank you!

Amazing views!!

Our group of 7 had so much room to speed out and amazing views to enjoy. The house was very clean and the management team helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Location is superb and views/amenities can’t be beat!

Family celebration

My daughter lives in Colorado and has just had a baby, my wife and I plus her siblings flew from Europe to stay in this property for a few days, we loved the property, it is unique, the downstairs separate suite with a bedroom, bathroom and a pool table was fun, the master suite has extraordinary views and the rest of the space was terrific, kitchen was great and everything worked well, we had a fabulous time David

Simply outstanding!

This was our third stay at Bear-A-Dise and we are already planning our return trip. This is a high quality, family friendly house with amazing views of the Estes valley and range. Carol from SkyRun is attentive and the house is meticulously maintained. With three levels (upstairs master, two main floor bedrooms ,and a downstairs game room and bedroom) the family can spread out and be together. The only difficult choice is rather to lounge around the house enjoying cooking in the gourmet kitchen or to go enjoy all that Rocky Mountain National Park has to offer. Highly recommended!

Perfect Girls Weekend!

We absolutely loved the location and privacy of this property and the views were fantastic. Plenty of room to spread out and gather together. The only negative was the quality of the twin beds in the room downstairs....better mattresses would be an improvement. Super well stocked, which we also appreciated.

Stunning Views & Location!

This house is truly amazing with panoramic views of downtown Estes Park, the Mountains, and a glimpse of Estes Lake! Beyond the views, the house is gorgeous, well appointed, beautifully furnished, and incredibly spacious. The huge gourmet kitchen begs for cooking family meals, and the wrap-around decks allow for soaking up plenty of fresh mountain air. The entire top floor is the stunning Master Suite, and the lower level is great for playing pool & video games. And unlike most properties around Estes, this property is extremely private and overlooks nothing but downtown Estes. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to visit again soon!

Amazing Views!

What a wonderful house. The photos on the website do not do justice for the views from the house, especially from the top floor bedroom & porches. The house is well equipped, & great location. The hummingbird colony off the front porch is tremendous, as was the occasional visit we had from the elk herd on our street late in the day. Only down side was the type of mattresses on the beds (similar to Sleep Numbers). In theory they are great for the variety of guests, but we could never find a truly comfortable setting. Overall, I would stay there again without hesitation. The Sky Run staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wow!!! Everyone had such a great weekend

The home was filled with family games, which we needed after so long seeing each other via zoom! The stars were out of this world. Had the grandkids outside at night watching the skies. Wonderful to see the moon too. House was beautiful, stunning location with an open floor plan. Young ones loved the bears (decorations in the house) !! Am considering a week trip when kids out of school, and will definitely go for this property.

It was a great place to stay. The property had a beautiful views and several decks. We had a great time and will definitely come back. Only thing of inconvenient for us was check out time at 10am in the morning. Hopefully it was 11 or 12pm.
