Awesome Studio Apartment at Barsha Heights

Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Barsha Heights . With lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport, the apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The apartment is located only a short troll to the Metro station.

Our charming studio apartment is located on the 1st floor so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, the apartment itself has a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!). There is also free WIFI so sprawl out on the sofa and check those emails or upload your pictures of the day to your favourite social media accounts. There is free access to a gym and pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a private car parking space for you on-site while the metro stop is a mere 5/10min walk away. There are lots of options to dine in around Barsha Heights and all in walking distance. Neighbouring golf clubs including Emirates Golf Club and the Montgomery Golf Club are 5/10 mins by car away.

Guest Access:
The apartment is all yours, but we are here if you need us. You'll be in the safe hands of my team that will meet you at the property and show you around so you can benefit from all it has to offer.

Check-in 3pm onwards ( please advise at least 24 hours in advance if check in will be after 09:00 PM )

The Neighborhood:
Previously known as Tecom, Barsha Heights is a vibrant and urban community, featuring residential and commercial buildings as well as serviced apartments and hotels. Living in Barsha Heights offers its residents a convenient and affordable lifestyle in Dubai. The buzzing neighbourhood is home to many creative SMEs and local businesses, thus making it perfect for both commercial and residential use. The neighbourhood is centrally-located and integrates living and working spaces seamlessly.

This mixed-used district bags an ideal spot next to some major network of roads that runs through the city, making the commute easier for residents. Neighbouring Al Hessa Street from the northern border, Barsha Heights gets direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. While the Jebel Ali Racecourse Road and First Al Khail Street connect the area with residential districts such as Meadows, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Emirates Hills communities.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and of course Uber if your prefer.

Other Things to Note:
SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
