The manorial located, new Villa Monte e Mar with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is located in the south, quiet and lonely, between mountains and the sea. Around the house are two spacious terraces, so that everybody finds a quiet place for himself. With a few steps you get to the pool (5 x 10 m), with a roman stair. Here you find comfortable couches with garniture, sunshade and an outdoor shower. A further terrace of 60 m2 with a gorgeous view to the sea is on the first floor.

If you book less than 7 days you pay 200,00 Euros extra.

Very restful family holiday near Estoi, Portugal
We had a lovely stay in this well equipped spacious villa. The property is set back away from nearby properties and feels a very rural setting. By car it is an easy drive to most places of interest on the Algarve. We enjoyed playing and swimming in the lovely pool. A great get away location.

Villa Monte e Mar superbe vacation
From June 23th to July 7th 2024, we had a wonderful vacation time. A lot of space in this magnificent full equiped Villa. The view is fantastic and the site very calm without neighbors. Thomas was of good help. Don’t hesitate, it’s Algarve at its best.

The Most Amazing Villa
This beautiful villa has to be seen to be believed - it is actually better than you see in the photos! It is absolutely stunning with everything you could ever want - pool and garden grounds are just amazing. Thomas, the owner, is very friendly and explained everything perfectly. Set in a beautiful rural area with a stunning view towards the sea, it was ideal for the quiet tranquill holiday we were looking for! Would highly recommend this villa and would love to return. Thomas, many thanks for giving us the perfect holiday!

Eine Woche purer Genuss
Kontaktaufnahme war problemlos und Herrn Winter beantwortete alle unsere Fragen jeweils zeitnah. Die Villa ist einfach erreichbar und übertraf alle unsere Erwartungen. Für Ruhe Suchende ist die Lage optimal, etwas abgelegenen und sehr ruhig und trotzdem erreicht man Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Zeit und der Flugplatz in Faro ist in ca 15 min zu erreichen. Die Villa selbst bietet allen Komfort, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der grosszügige Pool und die fantastische Aussicht runden das Gesamtbild positiv ab. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Villa an traumhafter Lage
Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Besitzer, Herr Thomas Winter hat uns herzlich begrüsst und viele gute Tipps gegeben. Sehr sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wunderschöne Umgebung mit vielen Pflanzen und grandiosem Pool. Absolut ruhige Lage mit viel Privatsphäre. Wir konnten unsere Ferien bei schönstem Wetter in vollen Zügen geniessen. Ganz herzlichen Dank Herr Winter, wir kommen gerne ein anderes Mal wieder!

Maison grande et agréable mais loin de tout loisirs Dans l’annonce 3 salle de bain était indiquer mais seulement 2 étais utilisable . Nous avons fait fonctionner les climatisations sans excès évidemment mais cela nous a quand même coûter 120€ de supplément électricité. Poubelle commune non accessible à pied . Piscine grande et très agréable le soir par ces grande chaleur

Great Location
We had a great family holiday in this superbly designed, fully airconditioned property with it's brilliant awning covered veranda and pool which overlook Estoi, Olhão, Faro and the Ria Formosa natural park. This is a superb part of the Algarve if you want to get away from the madding crowd and packed beaches further west. The villa is in a quiet, easily accessible position just above Estoi, yet Faro, and its shops, is just a 15 minute drive away. Thomas, the owner, is very helpful and speaks excellent English. We would have given the property 5 stars throughout except for two little things in its description. Despite the implication that there are three showers there is really only one proper shower cubicle which is attached to one of the downstairs bedrooms. Two of the bathrooms have waist height shower attachments to large corner baths without shower curtains which we found took a bit of getting used to. We were OK with this as a single family because we could all use the single shower cubical if we needed to. Secondly, all being fair skinned, we keep out of the mid-day sun and it has become part of our annual holiday planning throughout the year to store up DVDs to take away with us. Although the property description says there is a DVD player, there is not. We solved this by buying an external DVD writer in Forum Faro (a superb shopping centre) and connecting it through a laptop but the description is inaccurate. On balance, this was a superb property in a fantastic location and we would highly recommend it. Would we stay again? - Definitely.

Traumurlaub in einer Luxusvilla
Schon zum zweiten Mal machten wir Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Bei herrlichem Sonnenschein genossen wir ein Traumhaus, einen super gepflegten Garten, einen herrlichen Pool und einen fantastischen Ausblick. Es war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute Entspannung pur. In dieser tollen Umgebung gelingt es schnell, den Alltag zu vergessen und einfach nur noch zu genießen.

Privatsphäre pur in grosser Luxusvilla
Sehr schöne und sehr geräumige, sehr gut gepflegte Luxusvilla. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und es bietet viel Freiraum und Privatsphäre. Wir durften uns sehr gut erholen. Ganz herzlichen Dank.

Entspannung PUR
Der erste Eindruck--- Der erste Eindruck geschieht immer, er geschieht immer unbewusst und er geschieht in Sekundenschnelle. Zu 100% hat uns , "unser erster Eindruck" nicht enttäuscht. Wir wurden herzlichst begrüßt, freundlich durch das top gepflegte Haus geführt, und mit vielen wertvollen tipps ausgestattet. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal hierfür. Nun lagen 2 Wochen unserer wertvollsten Zeit vor uns . URLAUB. Wir waren eine bunt gemischte Gruppe im Alter von 4-56 Jahren und für jeden von uns , fanden wir einen idealen Platz zum Entspannen. Im Traumpool konnte unsere Jüngste ihre erste Schwimmversuche machen, herrlich Liegen haben zum Sonnenbaden eingeladen. Die Küche war top ausgestattet , so dass selbst der Abwasch Spass machte. Alles in allem haben wir ein Traumdomizil vorgefunden, welches wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Perle über Faro: Volltreffer!
Das 'Monte e Mar' hat unsere hohen Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage mit Meersicht ist herrlich, auch abends, wenn man das Lichtermeer von Faro mit dem Flughafen überblickt. Die Autobahn war nur bei speziellen Windrichtungen hörbar, jedoch nicht störend. Die Parzelle ist außerordentlich gepflegt. Mit großem Aufwand ist eine Gartenanlage mit einer hohen Artenvielfalt von Pflanzen angelegt. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig konzipiert, der Ausbau im Eigenheimstandard. z.B. die diversen Moskitonetze, welche eine angenehme Nachtauskühlung ermöglichen ohne Klimaanlage. Alles ist qualitativ auffallend hochwertig, außerordentlich gut ausgestattet und in einem top-sauberen Zustand. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Haus, es ist aber auch ausreichend geräumig für 6 Personen. Die Betreuung durch den sehr sympatischen Vermieter himself war ausgezeichnet, besser geht nicht. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis top: Championsleague. Kaum zu glauben: Wir haben keinen negativen Punkt gefunden, es gibt nichts zu meckern. Einzig die Stühle weichen von den Fotos ab: Mit den hässlichen aber praktischen Plastikstühlen konnten wir uns abfinden... Das Haus mit dem riesigen Pool (Wasseraufbereitung perfekt!) war ein ideales Zuhause für erholsame und unvergessliche Ferien!

Bestes Ferienhaus, das wir je gesehen haben
Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern überall auf der Welt, doch dieses Ferienhaus oder besser gesagt "Villa" hat alles übertroffen, was wir bislang gesehen haben. Man wird vom Eigentümer persönlich empfangen und in allen wichtigen Dingen im Rahmen einer Hausführung unterwiesen, der Eigentümer ist auch telefonisch erreichbar. Das Haus selbst entspricht absolut den abgebildeten Fotos. Die Sauberkeit ist super, wir haben noch kein derart sauberes Ferienhaus gesehen. In der Stille, die wir lange suchten und nun endlich gefunden haben, konnten wir wunderbar entspannen. Pool - und Gartenservice laufen absolut diskret ab, die gesamte Anlage ist in einem exzellenten Zustand. Für Kinder ist die Villa nur bedingt geeignet, Pool zwischen 1,20m und 1,90m tief, viele stachelige Pflanzen und eigentlich keine Kinderunterhaltung. Wichtig für angenehme Nächte: Es gibt deutsche Steppdecken, nicht die überall verwendeten Laken. Der Eigentümer hat ferner eine Mappe mit allem wichtigen Informationen incl. Ausfluszielen zusammengestellt, an der man sich gut orientieren kann. Einkaufen kann man gleich nach der Ankunft im nahe dem Flughafen gelegenen Forum Algarve oder in Sao Bras, wo wir nur im Lidl einkaufen würden, bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Als Restaurant haben wir immer Fonte da Pedra in Sao Bras gewählt, Top Küche, auch Einheimisches, zu einem fairen Preis. Wir haben unsere Traumvilla gefunden, werden nächstes Jahr sicher wieder kommen.

Great Villa Holiday
We had a totally relaxing, away from it all holiday in this superb villa perched high on a hill with wonderful panoramic views to the coast & surrounding countryside. The spacious villa is extremely well equipped and furnished opens out onto a beautiful pool & sundeck.Thank you for a great stay - we highly recommend this villa. The owner provide good customer service, the property was very clean and well maintained with a lovely garden.

Ein Traumhaus zum Relaxen
Die Ruhe und Erholung , die wir uns gewünscht hatten, wurde bei weitem übertroffen. Dieses Luxusvilla in Alleinlage läßt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Wir glauben nicht, dass dies noch einmal zu toppen ist. Allein der Blick über das beleuchtete Faro zum Meer war am Abend immer ein Highlight und am Morgen der erste Weg in den Pool war sensationell. Alles in allem ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus ist so gepflegt, wie wir dies in unserem eigenen Haus erwarten. Der wirklich nette Empfang durch Thomas (Vermieter) machte uns den Abschied nach 2 Wochen Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus schwer. Das Haus ist für Jungverliebte oder auch ältere Verliebte ein MUSS! Die Beschreibung des Hauses im Internet ist absolut zutreffend eher noch etwas untertrieben. Mit diesem Haus kann man nichts verkehrt machen. Als Portugalliebhaber werden wir uns bestimmt wiedersehen.

Exklusiver Urlaub
Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in dieser herrlichen Villa. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie in der Beschreibung. Ein so sauberes und gepflegtes Haus haben wir noch nicht gehabt. Die Lage ist einmalig, der Blick über Estoi und Faro und das Meer, traumhaft. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hört keinen Straßenlärm oder ähnliches, nur die Natur. Mit dem Fernglas kann man die weit entfernt in Faro landenden Flugzeuge und die Umgebung beobachten. Der Pool ist sehr groß und ohne Clorgeruch. Das Haus hat in allen Räumen große Schiebetüren, die einen Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer ermöglichen. Im Masterbedroom in der ersten Etage kann man im Bett liegend auf das Meer schauen. Alle Fenster und Türen haben Rolläden. Die Einrichtung war sehr gut, in der großen Küche waren wirklich alle Geräte und Kochutensilien vorhanden. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad. Die umfangreiche Mappe des Vermieters enthält viele gute Tipps. Die Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren sehr gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dieser Restaurants war mehr als gut. Der sehr nette Vermieter hat uns während unseres Urlaubs mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Die angebotene Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche (mit neuer Bettwäsche und neuen Handtüchern) haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Urlaub für Anspruchsvolle
Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Algarveliebhaber und kommen regelmäßig in den südwestlichen Teils Europas. Nun haben wir "unser" Traum-Luxus-Domicil, in ruhiger Lage und mit traumhaften Blick zum Atlantik gefunden. Das Monte e Mar liegt allein, eingebettet in der Natur, und ist nicht weit entfernt von Faro und den Stränden der West- und Ostalgarve. Sämtliche Angaben im Onlineinserat waren korrekt. Im Gegenteil, die Fotos können einfach nicht das wiedergeben was einen dann tatsächlichlich erwartet. Wir waren mehr als angenehm überrascht, denn die vielen liebevoll ausgedachten Details machten diese Villa zu einem sehr angenehmen Aufenthaltsort. Die Vorbereitung und Betreuung durch den Vermieter war, wie das Anwesen selbst, perfekt. Der Besitzer begrüßte uns persönlich und gab wertvolle Tips zu Restaurantbesuchen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Freizeitaktivitäten. Im Haus liegt eine Mappe bereit, in der von A wie Ausflüge, bis Z wie Zahnarzt hilfreiche Informationen bereit stehen. Das große Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. So ein sauberes Ferienhaus haben wir bisher noch nicht angetroffen. So sagen wir auch ein herzliches Dankeschön dem netten, umsichtigen Verwalterpaar. Besonders angenehm empfanden wir auch die kurze Transferzeit vom Flughafen, und die Möglichkeit das Auto direkt am Haus, auf dem mit Naturstein eingefassten Grundstück, abstellen zu können. Wir können diese Ferienvilla all denen empfehlen, die einen erholsamen Urlaub, weg vom Massentourismus, aber trotzdem nahe genug um auch schnell mitten im Geschehen zu sein, erleben wollen. Meiner Meinung nach empfiehlt sich das Haus für einen Romantikurlaub zu Zweit genau so wie für befreundete Paare oder Familien mit Kindern. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! #
