THINGS TO NOTE: Age Requirement: All guests staying at this property must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age verification will occur after booking confirmation with picture ID.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with an additional fee, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. All dogs must remain leashed at all times for the safety of guests and the surrounding area. Please do not leave dogs unattended at the property—either take them with you or secure them in a kennel. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Breed restrictions apply.

Credit Card Fee: A non-refundable credit card processing fee is applied to all reservations. Cleaning for Extended Stays: For reservations lasting 14 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. Guests may also request this service for shorter stays for an additional fee.

Elk Rapids is a short .5-mile drive to get to many restaurants, wineries, breweries, shopping, farm stands, family parks, grocery, gas stations and more! Whether you want to relax with a water view near the marina or explore the beautiful outdoors, this neighborhood offers a little bit of everything. Downtown Elk Rapids is a small quiet town that is very bike friendly. Enjoy a hike at Maplehurst Natural Area and embrace Northern Michigan's beauty any time of the year. The area offers a number of public parks and beaches that are perfect for the whole family.

Getting Around:
If you are looking to explore a little further, this property is in a great location for day trips around Northern Michigan. Less than 2 hour drive to Mackinaw City, 30 minute drive to Traverse City, about an hour drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes, and less than an hour to your favorite Boyne Ski Resorts! The Cherry Capital Airport is only a 30 minute drive away!

- Please leash or properly secure your dog at all times.
- If you’re heading out, bring your pup along or kennel them—lonely barking dogs aren’t allowed.
- Help us keep the property clean by picking up after your pet.

Dock Access and Boat Use
Make the most of your time on the water!
- The dock is available from Memorial Weekend through mid-September.
- Use the dock for 10-minute loading and unloading of passengers only to avoid damage to your boat and the dock - It gets windy without notice.
- A mooring ball is available nearby for securing boats between rides.
- Note: The dock is not equipped with protective bumpers, and strong winds or waves can cause damage to boats and docks. Plan accordingly for a safe experience.

We kindly ask that you close and lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.
Please do not adjust the temperature or chemicals
Please do not leave children unattended.
Please do not leave anything connected to the dock at any time. The dock is used for loading and unloading only.
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking allowed.

Please don't eat or drink in bedrooms.
Please respect neighbors and noise curfew.
Please don't rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes and take out the trash.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
