Picture yourself unwinding on the expansive outdoor deck, grilling delicious meals on the Weber grill as the sun sets over the horizon. With an abundance of natural light flooding the primary suite, dining, and living areas, you will feel truly connected to the beautiful surroundings.

The layout of the home is thoughtfully designed to ensure both privacy and togetherness. The main floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, while three more bedrooms upstairs include two queen beds and a full bed. The primary suite is a remarkable escape, complete with a king bed and breathtaking ocean views that greet you each morning. A large bonus room offers additional room to relax or entertain your loved ones.

Prior to booking, please review the cancellation policy thoroughly. To protect your plans, we highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, as we cannot refund cancellations beyond the outlined policy. Please be mindful that gatherings or parties are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone in the residential area. We also expect our guests to honor the local quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Pets are not allowed, and a minimum rental age of 21 is required.

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home, including the deck off the back and a spacious fenced-in backyard! Community private beach access, boat ramp as well as tennis and pickle ball courts are conveniently located nearby. Please keep in mind that the garage is not available for guest use.

The Neighborhood:
Pocasset, MA, offers a peaceful escape with classic Cape Cod charm and easy access to coastal adventures. Here, you can explore the quiet beauty of Barlow’s Landing Beach, ideal for a day of swimming, kayaking, or a relaxed picnic by the water. Visit nearby Monks Park for scenic hiking trails, or head to the Cataumet Greenway for beautiful walks through woodlands and marshes.

For a taste of local flavor, try the Chart Room at Kingman Marina, a beloved spot for fresh seafood and sunsets over the harbor. Pocasset’s central location also makes it easy to explore nearby attractions like Woods Hole, Falmouth, and the Shining Sea Bikeway, a coastal bike path with stunning views.

We highly recommend having a car on Cape Cod as Uber is just starting to emerge on Cape Cod.

Please be thoughtful of your safety when traveling! As you would with any major city, don't forget to take any valuables out of your car and keep your home locked.

Please note that our properties are privately owned homes, and therefore sometimes appliances or household systems (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) may unexpectedly malfunction. While we will do everything in our power to address any functionality issues as quickly as possible, we cannot offer refunds- full or partial, cancellations, or alternate accommodations unless the property is deemed uninhabitable. Thank you for understanding!

We live in residential neighborhoods, and it's SUPER important to us that you're respectful of our neighbors. Therefore, we ask guests to please observe outdoor quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

For those unfamiliar with booking, please note our process of serving our guests:
-You book instantly or request to stay, and we say YES!!! :)
-We'll immediately send you some basic information, as well as a rental agreement we require each guest to sign. You do NOT need to include payment info for a security deposit, but you do need to sign in agreement to the terms.
-1 hour prior to your arrival, you'll be texted and emailed directly or through your booking platform with a code to access your rental unit.
-You arrive and love everything!
-You enjoy your vacation, reference your virtual guest book for checkout instructions (don't worry-- we'll send them to you, too!) and leave the house as close to how you found it as possible (please let us know of any issues, damage, etc-- we'll see it anyway, and it makes our lives easier to know ahead of time!).
