Beach and Baseball Vacation

We were vacationing and as well as playing baseball at Shipyard park and this condo was perfect! It’s conveniently located on the island and the short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants is easier than a walk through Costco lot. It’s really a great property!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay on IOP with 101 Ocean Inn. It had everything we needed for our stay, was close to the ocean and great restaurants were nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would absolutely stay here again!

This was my second time staying at this wonderful condo. The location is great, the condo itself is perfect for 1-2 people, it's quiet and comfortable. Beth, the property manager, is so personable, excellent communication. Five stars all around!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a week long getaway for our 5th wedding anniversary an it was perfect! The place was spotless and so cozy! The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon are so nice for a day at the beach which is only about a block away! There are so many great restaurants within walking distance and a Harris Teeter across the intersection! I would highly recommend staying here to everyone! Management was so friendly too! Thanks Beth!

Beachy Keen!

We loved the "Bright and Beachy" studio. Ideally located, just a short stroll to the beach, and close to groceries, restaurants, etc., it is also peaceful, quiet, and safe. The unit is adorably decorated and squeaky clean. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Her efficient and informative emails answered every possible question before we could ask. We enthusiastically recommend the "Bright and Beachy" studio and have no suggestions for improvement. Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable week!

Nice place in convenient location.

Check in was super easy. Once we arrived we parked our car and didn’t move it again until it was time to come home. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Clean, quiet place.

Summer fun 2020

The condo was awesome. Great supplies to go to the beach. The beach cart and chairs and umbrella were an incredible help to get all 4 of us to the beach. Our kids enjoyed the sand toys and games immensely. The big king size bed was very comfy and clean. Might consider rearranging the furniture to be able to sit comfortably to watch TV on the rainy days. The room has a very efficient A/C unit. The property outside is crowded when filled with cars to be able to get in and out. The pool seemed small for that amount of people to occupy the property. The pool could need to be cleaned more often. But our family had fun. I would recommend this property to any family.

Great property, one block from the beach with everything you would want, and no extras. The unit was very clean, seems like a newer remodel, very nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Would stay here again. With the Corona virus, most restaurants were open in the area but had limited seating, still a great time, great beach.

Can hear the neighbors

Everything about this rental is the best; location, clean, as advertised. The only downside is that you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. If you spend most of your time on the beach or visiting the many local attractions this isn't that much of a problem.

Very nice IOP condo

I enjoyed my stay in this condo! It was exceptionally clean upon arrival and a quick five-minute walk to the beach and "strip" of IOP where there are several shops and restaurants. I stayed by myself, so there was plenty of room. I would say it would be a tight squeeze for more than two people to stay here, though I did see an air mattress in the closet. A few notes to consider.....several different dogs barked throughout the stay and it was not necessarily a "quiet" retreat because of this. The only kitchen sundries that were available was some ground coffee, coffee filters, salt, and pepper. There is a microwave and hotplate but no stove or oven. An extra trash bag or two would have been nice. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Beach studio suite

Great set up- perfect for my week visit with 2 friends. All items for beach were available for our use . Kitchen is small, but adequate for quick meals, which was what we needed. No stove, but microwave was sufficient.

Great studio on second floor located at the back of the property with a nice outside area to relax and enjoy the breeze. Just a short walk to a couple of great eateries and one block to the beach access!

Exceeded our expectations!

Bright and Beachy IOP 2nd was an ideal location for our first trip to Florida. We were only blocks from the Ocean. We enjoyed our many walks on the beach. We felt safe in the complex, as the fire and police departments were behind us. Great location to the grocery store, as we like to cook local fare. However, we also appreciated the close proximity to excellent local restaurants. The decor was wonderful. Most impressive was the cleanliness. I believe this is the cleanest place we ever stayed. The size was great for the two of us; the efficiency of the plan made up for any congestion of less cubic feet than others we considered. This first experience with VRBOs exceeded our expectations. Thanks to all who made it so care free.
