Vale a pena

Bom para ir com família com criança pequena, pois tem de tudo, fogão, geladeira e até máquina de lavar roupas. Localização muito boa, segura, pertinho da praia. E o prédio tem serviço de praia com guarda-sol, garagem coberta. A proprietária é bastante prestativa, da negociação ao final da estadia.

Excelente Lugar para descansar

Apartamento Super aconchegante , limpo e portaria 24hrs. Os porteiros são super gente boa. Local Excelente. Elisabete Deu todo o auxílio do inicio ao fim da estádia. Eu recomendo o apartamento para qualquer pessoa que queira tirar uns dias de descanso no Guarujá.Excelente localização também.

Apartamento acolhedor e limpeza impecável

Apartamento acolhedor, decoração de muito bom gosto e o principal, limpeza impecável! Além disso a cozinha é completa, possuindo eletrodomésticos em pleno funcionamento. As janelas possuem tela contra insetos, o que nos tranquilizou bastante por conta de riscos com mosquitos. Muito bem localizado, a apenas 2 quadras da praia e próximo ao shopping. Além do que a proprietária Bete nos prestou todo o auxílio com muita boa vontade. Ficamos fãs e pretendemos voltar muitas outras vezes.

Muito bem localizado estive no réveillon 2017 e foi ótimo. Ótimo apartamento! muito limpo organizado e completo. Apartamento perfeito

A proprietária Bete é muito talentosa no que diz respeito a limpeza e decoração do apartamento, é extremamente comprometida com seus locatários, sempre tentando fazer ao máximo para que se sintam em casa. Apartamento lindo, muito aconchegante, possui todos os utensílios domésticos e móveis. Ótima localização, ao lado da praia e vários comércios. Voltaremos sempre. Super recomendo. Ap. ótimo para um casal.Excelente localização.

Adorei a minha estadia em que estive por lá nas minhas férias, apartamento próximo a praia, fizemos tudo a pé. Sem contar na dona do prédio que me deu toda atenção e me esclareceu todas as dúvidas que eu tive, além também de ser muito simpática comigo.Com certeza espero voltar um dia no apartamento.
