Amazing 5-bedroom Bay View house w/ Jacuzzi

This amazing 5-bedroom home is just 2 blocks to Mission Bay and 6 blocks to Mission Beach. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it is walking distance to great restaurants and all the beach and bay have to offer. A short drive to Sea World, the zoo, La Jolla, and downtown. Huge 8 person jacuzzi, fire table, BBQ grill, and outdoor ping pong table as well as views of Mission Bay and Sea World fireworks from the rooftop patio.

You will have access to the entire house except for some closets and storage areas. This includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, recreational room, rooftop deck, and yard. You will have garage access for parking.

Quiet neighborhood nestled between Mission Bay and the Garnet Ave.

Neighborhood is very walkable. Free parking. Uber and Lyft are also available.

PROPERTY RULES:
- Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or - outside of the property.
- No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
- Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host.
- The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
- Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.
- If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved.

PET RULES:
1. No pets allowed (without approval). If pets are approved, please pick up after them. No pets on any furniture.

We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property.
