Our lovely 1-bedroom apartment on the 28th floor offers stunning views. You'll be greeted by the concierge upon arrival, and enjoy free access to a gym and swimming pool—perfect for escaping if you need some space from family or friends.

The open-plan dining and sitting area is spacious, complete with a Smart TV, and the view makes it ideal for enjoying your morning coffee.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal, even a Gordon Ramsay-level feast. We’ve also provided a washing machine for added convenience.

The apartment comfortably accommodates 3 people, and you can choose your sleeping arrangements:

Sitting Room: Single sofa bed (140cm x 200cm) – Please notify us at least 48 hours before check-in to reserve this.
Hotel-grade bed linens and towels are provided to ensure your comfort, along with complimentary toiletries (shampoo, soaps, etc.) and enough tea and coffee to get you started.

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) is one of Dubai’s most popular neighborhoods, particularly among expats. It's filled with trendy bars, vibrant restaurants, and cozy cafés, making it a great spot to grab a drink or a bite. The area also offers plenty of salons, gyms, and activities, including a couple of escape rooms for those who enjoy a challenge.

As one of the largest residential areas in new Dubai, JLT features nearly 70 buildings across 26 clusters and three lakes, housing over 35,000 residents. Despite being one of the city's newer developments—starting with its first tower in 2006 and about 80% completed by 2011—it has quickly become a sought-after location.

With rental prices significantly lower than in Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach Residence, yet just a 10-minute taxi ride away, JLT is now one of the city's most desirable and emerging neighborhoods.

During the cooler months, residents enjoy rollerblading, cycling, jogging, and leisurely walks along the smooth promenades by the lakes, creating a peaceful oasis away from the fast pace of Dubai.

PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.
