Home Highlights:

This home is located within a fully gated community offering 24/7 security and access to 5 lakes with beautiful beaches. Just a 5-minute walk brings you to one of the lakes and nearby scenic trails. The community also features 2 swimming pools, an outdoor playground, and a cozy firepit.

Please note that a security check is required at the main gate. Guests can conveniently access the house using a digital lock.

Main Level:
The main level features an open-concept kitchen and living area with soaring vaulted ceilings. The living room boasts of a wood fireplace, creating a cozy spot to relax after a day on the slopes. This level also includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a charming coffee bar stocked with local brews for your enjoyment.
It also features a fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms, a smart TV in the living room, central heating, split AC units in all rooms, and exclusive access to the community's playground and lakes.

Lower Level:
The lower level is an entertainer's dream, featuring a game room with arcade games, foosball, and a variety of board games. It also offers additional sleeping space with a queen bed, making it a versatile second living area for playing games or watching TV.
This level also includes a home theater with a large projector screen, perfect for watching movies or sports games. Additionally, there’s a cozy dining nook with seating for 8, ideal for enjoying relaxed meals or family board game nights.

Outdoor Space & Hot Tub:
Step outside from the lower-level living area to a charming porch with a propane BBQ grill and a wood fire pit. Relax and take in the serene surroundings on the spacious porch, which features a hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, no matter the season.

Parking:
The property includes 3 dedicated parking spots conveniently located right outside the house.

Kitchen & Coffee Bar:
When it’s time to refuel, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table or take advantage of the coffee station, offering a variety of local brews and teas.

Video Surveillance:
For safety and maintenance, video surveillance covers the front door, parking area, and backyard. The cameras are motion-activated and accessible by the hosts via live feed. Tampering with or disabling the cameras is prohibited.

Quiet Hours:
The neighborhood is family-friendly, and quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Loud music, noise, or events are not permitted.

WiFi:
The home features high-speed fiber-optic WiFi. The password will be provided before your stay.

Pets:
As dog lovers, we welcome dogs and cats at our home.
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- ⁠No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!

SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.
The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.
This is our family home, which we share when we’re not visiting. Please be mindful of the house rules and help us keep the property clean and litter-free.
