Looking for the ultimate tennis and spa getaway, or a cozy home for your family ski trip to Stowe, the Ski Capital of the East? Look no further than this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo located Courtside at Topnotch Resort & Spa.
Recently remodeled, this condo features a unique floor plan that combines the separate kitchen, dining room, and sunken living room into a warm and comfortable open space. The large eat-in kitchen is perfect for snacks or a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes, while the dining room comfortably seats six and overlooks the living room, complete with a cozy gas fireplace, large HDTV, and a wall of windows with views of the back lawn.
The Master bedroom boasts a king bed, HDTV, and a full bath, while the Guest suite features two full beds, HDTV, a balcony, large closets, and a full bath with a beautiful soaking tub and tiled shower. For your entertainment, the home is equipped with wireless high-speed Internet and streaming tvs.
Located just a short 2-minute walk from the Spa complex, you can enjoy year-round indoor and outdoor pools (heated in winter), hot tubs, a full-service spa, and fitness center. Plus, two outdoor Resort tennis courts are adjacent to the home.
Conveniently located midway on the Mountain Road, you're just a 5-minute ride from either Mt. Mansfield and Spruce Peak or the Village of Stowe.
Please note NO Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in this Resort Home per HOA Bylaws. If pets are found to be present, guests will be evicted immediately and the entire amount of the reservation will be forfeited. While this home does not allow guests to bring dogs, the owners do have a dog, therefore this home is not suitable for guests with animal allergies.
