This beautifully restored stone house is located in the peaceful village of Orbicciano, between Lucca and Camaiore.
Surrounded by lush hills with olive, cypress, and cherry trees, as well as grapevines and lavender, it's next to the historic 9th-century Romanesque church of San Lorenzo.

The space

Welcome to the Cosy Country house Tuscany
This unique three-story, four-bedroom home offers modern comfort with rustic charm. The ground floor features a spacious living area, an open kitchen, a living room with a sleeping sofa, and a bathroom with modern appliances.
Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with a small balcony and ensuite bath) are located on the first floor, while the second floor hosts two more charming bedrooms and an additional bathroom.
The Garden

The house is set on a 150-square-meter with a sweet wood terrace, small barbecue, and a nice whirlpool, creating a perfect blend of outdoor relaxation and beauty.
