Good location for Epcot and Parks
The property is a townhome in a gated community. One bedroom is downstairs with its own bath. Remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The unit met our needs and fit six adults comfortably. Only minor comment: if you are expecting a deluxe resort, this is not it. It is comfortable and clean and close to the parks but kitchen was not fully equipped...had plenty of dishes for eating but not any serving bowls (like for a large pasta dish or for chips). It does have a Keurig, and owner provided coffee, but the regular coffee pot was missing a top to the pot itself. When we arrived, there was some garbage on the front step, which we picked up, but likely due to sloppiness of refuse folks. Would recommend that the owner dispense with the regular sofa out on the lanai...it is not weatherproof. There were plenty of towels and extra toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. It would be a good location for one or two families with children as well who want to go to the parks. Area has a playground and pool too. Check in is at 4:00 pm, and the owner indicated I would get instructions at 3:00, which was difficult as I had to log in while I was traveling (and cellular service was not consistent) and provide names of my fellow-travelers for front gate before we arrived, which was a bit of a rush. I could have provided this to the owner in advance. He later indicated he needed names of drivers only, for future reference. The price is right for being so close to Disney parks.
