Visit the Clearwater Beach or Downtown St Pete areas for award-winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, and our local star "Winter" from "Winter's Tale" at the Clearwater Aquarium. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, and dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping, and water excursions. St Pete/Clearwater Airport is 20 minutes away, and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and the Florida Aquarium are only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld are all only 90 minutes away. Local sports include the Tampa Bay Rays baseball, Buccaneers football, Lightning hockey, the St Pete Indy Car Race, and the MLB spring training facilities. Our local beaches are a wonderful place to spend the winter, visit spring training, have a romantic honeymoon, or take a much-needed family summer vacation.

Reflections on the Gulf has a longstanding impeccable reputation with all ages. The building has a North and South Tower with shared amenities and easy beach access. The location is private and secure, with assigned parking and a key required for entry. It is centrally located on Indian Rocks Beach, directly across from the Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve. This property includes a large heated pool, spa, lounge chairs, beach access, and tennis courts!

“Legend has it that Florida's beach community of Indian Rocks Beach reputedly got its name when a native medicine man miraculously healed his chief with the waters from a natural sulfur spring believed to have been located in Kolb Park across from Indian Rocks Beach City Hall. Early settlers, seeing the Indians on their way to the 'rock-encircled spring' would say,' The Indians are on their way to the rocks.”

Just a quick drive from Tampa or St. Petersburg, Indian Rocks Beach offers nearly three miles of beautiful beaches along the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. People come from around the world to visit Indian Rocks Beach for the city's fine beaches and to watch the beautiful sunsets. The city has 27 beach access points along Gulf Boulevard. Also found within walking distance are many retail businesses and quaint popular restaurants such as “The Original” Crabby Bills, Keegan’s Seafood, Guppy’s on the Beach, and Slyce Pizza, to name just a few.

• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.
