Stunning Private Beachfront Villa with Spectacular Views, in an Ideal Location

Casa Dunia, our beautiful oceanfront home, is ideally located in the private compound of Rancho San Eric. The property is a hidden gem, tucked away at the quiet end of Tulum's paved section of the beach road, about 200 yards from entrance into the Sian Ka'an Nature Reserve. We truly have the best of both words--away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum's crowded section of the beach, but close enough to easily walk, bike or drive to restaurants, bars and shops whenever the urge hits!

The house is perfect for family gatherings or groups, with plenty of common areas to lounge, relax and commune, not to mention top-notch chef service included for breakfast + lunch OR breakfast + dinner, so you don't have to worry about meal planning or shopping for the group (guests pay for all groceries).

The spacious yet intimate home sits atop the first sand dune, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean...you can literally step out the living room door onto the soft white sand. Casa Dunia comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests in two ground floor bedrooms, two upstairs bedrooms, and one upstairs family suite. All bedrooms feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and in-room safes. The top-floor family suit also has a sofa which may be made up as a single bed.

The home stays cool in the day with ceiling fans and natural ocean breezes. At night, air conditioning is offered each bedroom, operational from 8pm - 9am).

Casa Dunia's open, airy living spaces invite guests to relax and gather, offering formal, indoor dining for 10 and a comfortable living area which opens out onto the home's white sand terrace with a breathtaking ocean view. Lounge on the sofas or hammock under the palm trees, soak up some sun on the chaise lounges, or dine al fresco at the 12-seater dining table while watching the surf roll in.

If the sea is too rough, jump into the shared pool on the jungle side of the house (shared with guests of the other homes of Rancho San Eric).

The home boasts a professional kitchen, sectioned off from the living area by a fresh-water aquarium. It has a beautiful natural wood island, 6-burner gas stove, flat top, oven, and is fully equipped.

For some down time, the Casa Dunia also offers board games, and a lending library.

Wifi is available throughout the property.

CONFIRMATION
We require a 50% deposit and a signed, completed contract in order to confirm a reservation. The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

NO PARTY POLICY
Please note that the rental of Casa Dunia is for accommodations only. We have a strict "no party" policy in that we do not permit parties, events, large gatherings, loud noise / music, disruptive behavior, nor any audio-visual / DJ equipment.

VISITORS:
We allow a maximum of 6 visitors at any one time; all visitors must be registered prior to arrival; visitors are not allowed use of the pool.
