15 min from seaworld, the beach and downtown depending on traffic. There is 2 grills one is hooked up to natural gas and the other is an old school Kingsford, if dad is joining you. Enjoy a margarita on the porch or grill a New York steak.

The dishwasher could not be used and one shower head broken

The dishes were not very clean so to cook we had to clean them. There were no paper towels. One shower cap was broken and water fell all over the bathroom. The dishwasher was filled with water and we were afraid to use it in case it would flood all of the kitchen. The wi-fi was not working… Not terrible things but all together made the one night stay less comfortable than we would have expected. For just one night to sleep is fine but they would need to improve a little..

The VRBO was overall not bad. There were several issues such as:- The twin bed felt dirty and possibly had bugs- The main floor’s shower head was broken- No soap in any of the handwashing sinks- The dishwasher was broken- And laslty the queen bedroom was super far apart from the rest of the rooms.

San Diego Villa

Internet VERY sporadic. Worked maybe 20 minutes total in 4 days. 1 bedroom is located underneath the house and its isolated from the rest. Slider doors to access, hence did not feel safe staying in this "in-law" suite since gate to house was unlocked anyone could go to back/underneath bedroom.

Do not stay here!

We were in town to move our son who is sick across country. Here are some major issues!1. We got there at night, no number will tell you that it is located in BACK of a driveway.2. If you want a room in the main floor there is none, only steps from the door to the second floor. 3. The pullout couch is very stained and needs replaced badly!4. Under the sink was a bucket filled with water that was draining from the sink that made the kitchen stink. The garbage disposal didn’t work and we didn’t know until we tried it, then it was full of food that had previously been there.5. Towels- threadbare and spots need replaced also.6. Don’t think you will use the patio area, the furniture is broken down and not take.care of at all.7. NO WIFI- we used our hotspot to work remotely and even with communication with the property mgr it didn’t work for four days! 8. Walls need painted badly, chips, usage clearly needed repair.
