This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home away from home sleeps 10 comfortably in beds. It is located directly on Arrowhead Lake with a dock and one of the best views in a gated community! The house is spacious and located in popular Arrowhead Lakes with their many amenities. Swim, fish, canoe or kayak right from the backyard! Relax on a large deck and enjoy beautiful sunsets and Fall Foliage! Outside security cameras are installed in the front and back for additional safety.

For larger groups, this home can be rented along with the adjacent residence to accommodate up to 20 guests.

*Minimum age 25 to rent*

ADDITIONAL Arrowhead Community costs (REQUIRED Year-Round):
-- Vehicle Gate Access: $20 per vehicle
-- Temporary Membership Fees for ages 6 and over (access to pools, beaches, fitness room, sports courts, lodge activities and events, etc.): $8.50 per person/per day (PEAK between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day); $2/person/day (OFF-PEAK after Labor Day until before Memorial Day)

This lovely cottage offers a modern, well-appointed kitchen, cathedral ceilings, a spacious great room with a bar, pool table and a wood burning fireplace. There are books, board games, foosball and an arcade machine in the basement There are also three (3) TVs, DVD players and a Wii to keep the kids busy. Warm up on chilly nights with the remote controlled gas fireplace in the living room. Grill your dinners on the outdoor propane grill.

Unlike other properties, firewood, propane gas, and our boats are all included!

There is a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, and toaster oven and a washer/dryer. WiFi Internet access is free. Canoes, kayaks, and standup paddleboards (SUPs), are available for your use (waiver required) from April through October. The lake is stocked with trout, bass, perch, and pickerel! The property is located right less than 1/4 mile from Beach 3 (one of the 4 public beaches) in Arrowhead and the driveway can accommodate eight (8) cars.

Bring your bikes and ride to other amenities in the community including 3 outdoor heated pools (seasonal), 4 beaches with playgrounds, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, and the newly-built lakeside lodge with a fitness center!

Weekend getaway

This was our 2nd time back. We visited in the winter and knew we had to make our way back to enjoy the lake over the summer and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed bbq’ing every night and the lake was a dream with all the kayaking and paddle boarding to be done. The kids loved it and my husband and I loved it. Wei and Roy even made us aware of a glow party in the area and provided us with glow sticks. It was the perfect end to summer 2024. Already planning a 3rd trip.

Lovely stay

We had a good time. Took our family , including grandsons boating and fishing. Loved that the lake was right literally right in the back yard. Went to the pool on Monday, thinking it wouldn’t be busy, but it ended up being closed during the weekdays, until mid June. We had packed al lot of pool Stuff for our grandson, so that was upsetting. But over all a good stay. Pool table in living room was a lot of fun.

Poconos retreat

Wai and Ray are awesome hosts. The property location is probably the best in the Poconos. Thy left us ample fire wood to have the easy fireplace going through the weekend. Pool table, foosball, and shuffle board games were tons of fun. The 5 bedrooms accommodated us comfortably. Some minoe issues with the Arrowhead lake community association at check in but that was resolved immediately by the host. One of the best Thx giving wknds.

Great house

The lake is beautiful and the house was very fun. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and playing on the lake. Good communication with owner also. This is a very well stocked house so you can cook anything you want to. If you have a family definitely book this house because they will love it.

Great family vacation

Wai was wonderful to deal with! She responded promptly to our questions and made sure we were aware of what was going on in the community. The house was large and comfortable with lots of amenities. Nice lake front property with a private dock. Our family has a great time!

Great house

We had a great week with our adult children and grandson. House was set up for guests to have fun. Very quiet and peaceful location. We had fun boating and fishing. The only issue was the lake is not deep and was not good for swimming, but we went to the community pool and had fun there. Great week overall.

Great location, Disappointed there were no towels, nor sheets provided. Tried to charge another $100 for towels and sheets, which I thought was unfair. The owner did compromise to give the towels and sheets free of charge. Thank You! A clear written description before would have made a big difference. There were 12 of us that stayed. Also, the dishwasher was filled with dishes when we first got there that we had to wash. Livingroom furniture needed to be vacuumed, a lot of crumbs, toys, etc. For the amount of money for 2 days, I would have expected better services. I have stayed at a lot of Vrbo's and have never experienced this type of service. I know they can so better!

Wonderful lakefront location.

The place was spacious and our family was able to spread out and have space to gather or stay apart. There were lots of games, pool table, foosball table and plenty of boats for everyone to enjoy. The location is in a nice quiet area of Arrowhead lake which was appreciated by our family.

My nine-year-old granddaughter summarized our stay in the guest book— « Best vacation EVER ! » Our family lived outside: from pancakes and bacon on the grill to s’mores at the fire pit at night. And inside were all the toys and games for the one day it rained. All was perfect and the hostess could not have been more responsive.

Fantastic family fun!!!

It was great having two houses right next door! We had 21 people all together. Plenty of activities… and we did most of them!! Kayak and paddle boarding plus tennis and pickle ball practice by the side of the road. We walked the neighborhood and rode bikes. Also held a Family Olympics and tie dying shirts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay !!!

A great week at a great house, with an owner who went above and beyond

The house exceeded our expectations. The photos in the listing give an accurate representation of what one will find there. The house is roomy, comfortable, and the 80's vibe was a huge hit with our crowd. There are two separate upstairs areas, so even though the capacity of the house is large, there are many places one can escape for privacy--a boon when three generations are traveling together. The best part of the house was the assortment of "fun" amenities. Inside, there was a pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard table, and a full-sized arcade machine that played hundreds of 80's favorites ("Phoenix" was a particular hit with our family--remember that one?). The stereos were stocked with cassette tapes from Billy Joel to Huey Lewis and the News to "Disco Invasion"--our teens were tickled to see these relics and played more than a few of them. Outside, the many boats offered by the owners kept us busy--multiple single- and double-person kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, rowboats, a pedal boat--and plenty of safety equipment for all. It was terrific to be able to take a canoe or kayak out from the house and not have to go to the community center to rent one. We did plenty of fishing off of the house's two docks as well. Really, the house was comfortable and set up for maximum relaxation efficiency. I couldn't end this review without mentioning the greatest asset of this house, which is the owner Wai. She was so patient with my many changes leading up to the rental week and was very responsive when an issue with the dishwasher came up while we were there. Even after we left, we didn't manage to get out of her hair, when one of our visitors realized they left a bag at the house after we'd checked out. Wai was able to coordinate the retrieval of the bag with the cleaning crew and get it back to my friend, even after we were already back home in New England. Wai went above and beyond in every way and remained good-natured through it all. She really was terrific, and it made a positive difference in the quality of our vacation at her home. Thank you, Wai!

We wanted a home that would offer the amenities that we enjoy in a location that offers up adventure. We looked at many states and communities and found Arrowhead Lakes to be friendly and well-managed. A home with private lake access and views were what we have always dreamed of and are thankful to have. The comforts of home with unlimited attractions in the nearby surrounding areas offers the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

Direct access to Arrowhead Lake and one of the best lakeviews from 2 bedrooms. A private dock for fishing or just relaxing. A canoe, stand-up paddleboard, and kayaks are included during our boating season. Shuffleboard and foosball along with game systems, cable tv and wireless internet. The community offers 4 outdoor heated pools, 3 beaches, tennis, pickleball and basketball, and a fitness center in their newly built lodge. Participate in community activities and events such as Bingo, line dancing, movie nights, bonfires, etc.
