Whittier is home to Mork and Mindy's house (5 blocks) and Colorado's oldest continuously operated school, Whittier Elementary (2 blocks).

Originally built in 1915 and completely renovated for the 21st century, our house blends all the charm of a century-old house with the convenience of modern amenities, including vaulted ceilings, large windows to let in the Colorado sunshine and contemporary bath fixtures and kitchen appliances.
