Just footsteps from the popular Bonita Beach - six miles of sugar white sand and turquoise blue waters of the Gulf - where you will find the famous Doc's Beach House Bar and Restaurant (where you can dine out on the beach), jet ski and kayak rentals, paddleboarding, para-sailing and pick up games of volleyball. Shell, swim, sunbathe, make sandcastles, or stroll along the miles of beautiful Bonita Beach shore! Next door is Coconut Jack's Restaurant which is right on a back bay inlet. Barefoot Beach Preserve, Little Hickory Island Beach Park, Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park and Lover's Key State Park are just minutes away.

Travel a few miles to famous beaches, fabulous restaurants and world class shopping in Bonita, Naples, Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. The condo has a full Kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher and is fully equipped with dishware and cookware. A Dining Table for 4 is just the right size for eating in or working remotely. There's a comfortable couch, chair and a large screen TV in the living area. Sliding glass doors lead to your 4th floor Screened In Lanai with a lovely Direct Gulf view where you can relax and sit for hours taking in the sea breezes, have a glass of wine and watch our world famous sunsets. Sure to be one of the most cherished memories of your vacation. Cozy Sleeping Area holds Two Double Beds with a Full Bath close by. Full Bath has a Walk In Shower. All linens and towels supplied.


There is a STRICT NO SMOKING in Condo or on Balcony/Lanai, and NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. For your convenience, there is free cable TV and Wifi in the condo, the building elevator is working and there is ample free on-site parking. (The Manager's Office will provide a Parking Pass.) Laundry Facilities are on site in the building downstairs.

Amenities available now are BBQ grills. Resort Sized Heated Pool with special access ramp for disabled guests is scheduled to open late January 2025. Brand new Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Bocci Ball Court and Shuffleboard to open late 2025. We would like to note that there is still construction occurring all around the premises and some on the premises. Major construction works have been stopped during Season so that the guest have a quiet vacation. We have been hard at work to make the Club beautiful again.
