Located on the 8th floor, this condo has been fully renovated in 2025 with serene coastal décor, new furnishings, quartz countertops, smart TVs & new mattresses in every room. The dual balconies are furnished with polywood-style seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, or soaking in the sunset.

The primary bedroom suite features a king-sized bed with a new mattress, private Gulf-front balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second primary suite offers another king-sized bed, access to the Lagoon balcony, and a private ensuite with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.
