Custom plantation shutters throughout keeping rms dark for daytime sleeping. All utilities, internet & security included. A tree shaded fenced back yard & furnished brick patio equipped with a gas bbq grill and lush greenery creates the ideal private space to relax & unwind day or night.

1 vehicle with private driveway parking space is available for additional vehicles . Private driveway parking is limited to 2 additional vehicles for overnight guests.
