The ocean view living room features comfortable updated furnishings, TV, and ample seating on the private oceanfront balcony. The open floor plan includes a dining area that seats 6, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer for guest use.

The oceanfront master suite is furnished with a king bed. Private bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom, you will find 2 twin bunks- both have twin (top) full (bottom), and a private bath with a tub/shower combination

Beach access is easy via the Neptune Beach Path, which is accessible by following the sidewalk to the front of the Neptune Building. There is also a Beach access in front of the Building

During your stay, enjoy the beach, relax by one of the 3 terraced pools, splash with the little ones in the zero-entry baby pool with mushroom fountain, or take advantage of 1 hour per day of free tennis at any of the 9 tennis courts. Additional onsite amenities include a large lagoon for catch and release fishing, a playground, basketball courts, onsite bike rentals, and a fitness center.
