Please note, while this building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, the building is NOT handicap accessible. There are about 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator.

Our Beach House Ocean Villa is a charming one-bedroom end unit condo on the second floor, fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. Whether you re seeking a solo retreat, a getaway with a friend, or a romantic weekend by the beach, this condo is your perfect
sanctuary.

Bedroom

Enjoy a luxurious king-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, an attached full bathroom, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Let the ocean breeze flow through the window, filling the room with light and tranquility.

Living Room

Relax on the sofa, which converts into a queen-size pullout bed, perfect for additional guests.

Kitchen

Cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the gadgets, utensils, and cookware you need. Enjoy your morning coffee from the standard coffee maker or Keurig machine on the peaceful screened-in porch, watching the sun rise over the water.

Amenities:

Laundry is conveniently located at the end of the hall. Offering two washers and two dryers on each floor of the condo building. Free to use. Please note: These are shared washers and dryers and are NOT located inside of the condo. You will need to bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets as these are not provided.

Easy Access

The building features an elevator the only one on the island with just 10 steps to reach the first floor. The elevator is NOT handicap accessible as there are steps to get to the elevator.

For your safety and security, our condo is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance. This is only used for security purposes and to monitor check-ins—it does not record inside the unit. Your privacy is our top priority, and we want you to feel completely comfortable during your stay!

Seasonal Information

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1. During low tide, enjoy walking up to 100 yards to reach the ocean, with gentle waves perfect for cooling off and safe for little ones.
