What makes this property unique
Designed by Raymond Viner Hall, the son to the master builder for Falling Waters in Pittsburgh, the house is stone and glass design. It has an attached greenhouse that we are renovating and plan to put back online. We updated the original dark room to now be an office, but kept the 1940s Hollywood theme. We have added in floor heating and flagstone to the updated open concept kitchen, allowing more space and a comfortable setting. We continue to update and renovate the gardens and orchard. It’s a labor of love!!
