Cozy Get away - Close to ski & snow play -HotTub-FirePit-BBQ
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Head off the beaten path to Big Bear. This relaxing spa cabin features front deck and back patio with spa and fire pit. Guests have access to the entire cabin to relax after a long day of adventures on the lake and in the mountains.

Our cabin is a great place to recharge after a day od adventure. Guests will enjoy a full kitchen and spacious front deck, backyard patio with grill and hot tub for grilling and chilling.
The cabin features two gas heaters to warm the chilly winter nights and two ceiling fans to give a cooling breeze in the summer. Perfect for couples. The back bedroom is very spacious with king sized bed and en-suite half bath. The front bedroom has an attached full bath and two twin beds, each with trundle underneath to provide sleeping space for 4. It has an attached full bath.
Kitchen and full sized laundry are included. Guests have exclusive use of the property during their stay except for the locked storage closet and shed.
Our newly refreshed cabin boasts a private spa and propane fire table. String lights add a cozy touch out doors. Even the youngest campers will feel right at home. The backyard is mostly fenced with a path for access. The cabin and yard are all available to guests. There is only a small locked closet where we keep supplies.
Big Bear is a town that caters to guests from off the hill. You will find the big chain stores like Vons, Stater Bros, Denny's and Big 5, but there are also local places we really recommend to make your vacation unique.
Head over to Goldsmiths for winter apparel and equipment rental. The village is a great place to stop for local fare and shopping.
Be prepared. Snow months ofter require the use of snow chains or 4WD. Please check the weather for chain conditions before driving up the mountain and have them ready in your car as you are ofter required to show them at checkpoints.
When you arrive, the cabin has two standard parking spaces, please use only those. Street parking is NOT permitted.
HOUSE RULES
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Checkout before 11:00 am
Self check-in with smart lock.
DURING YOUR STAY:

Quiet hours: 9:00 pm - 9:00 am
No parties or events
No commercial photography

ADDITIONAL RULES:
Please remove your shoes when in the cabin.
Checkout is at 11:00 am. There will be a $100 late checkout fee assessed for checkouts after that. All guests must be off the property by 12:00 pm. Please contact us if you have problems prior to checkout.
All trash has to be taken to the trash bin outside the cabin. If you’re staying Sunday night, please take the trash bin to the curb located at the end of the driveway, so it can be collected next morning. Trash collection is Monday 6am-noon.
NO SMOKING in the house or on the property. If we find evidence of smoking there is a $250 cleaning fee that will be assessed to remove odor or stains. Additional cost may apply.
No additional guests without pre-approval. Fees may be associated with additional guests.
No illegal activities.
Snow gear must be left outside the cabin on the deck or in the back.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise down. A noise complaint can be filed at any hour. If our agent has to be dispatched, there is a $100 fee for their services each time. Additionally, San Bernardino County Code enforcement may levy fines which start at $1000 for the first incident.

Please leave our portable heater under the desk (unplug).
No music outside. Any noise created inside out outside must not be audible past the property line.
Please tidy up after yourself. The cleaning fee doesn’t cover huge messes or stains. Additional FEES may apply for extra cleaning or stains if required.
If anything breaks, let me know right away and I can make arrangements for repair or replacement.
No snow boots in the dryer.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
No parties or loud events.
NO ALCOHOL IN THE SPA. Alcohol will change the water color and can only be fixed with a drain and fill. The cost of this is $200 and will be billed to the guest.
Minimum booking guests age is 25.
NO REFUNDS for circumstances out of our control. This includes, but is not limited to weather, road closures, power outages, equipment malfunctions.
No overstays allowed. Guests who stay beyond 11am on their checkout day without prior written approval will be considered trespassing and we reserve the right to have our security staff remove them.
BBQ: The BBQ is for use by guests of the cabin and not for inviting others. This would be considered a party. You will need to add your own propane to the BBQ. A bottle is provided for your use. It is property of the cabin and must be left behind when you checkout. If it is empty, you are welcome to refill or exchange it. We do not reimburse for any additional propane remaining.
Should you need more propane, DIY Home Center at 42146 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 sells propane by the gallon so you can fill only as much as you need.
FIRE PIT: When in use, Fire Pit must be attended at all times.
Keep children at least 3ft away from the fire.
Fire Pit is designed for use with propane gas only.
Prior to use, please make sure the surrounding area is free from any potentially flammable items.
Do not use the Fire Pit for cooking or heating food.
If it is too hot to touch it is too hot to leave.
Please follow posted instructions on how to light the Fire Pit.
If any gas smell is noticed, switch OFF the Fire Pit and gas supply immediately and notify us.
You will need to add your own propane to the Fire Pit. A bottle is provided for your use. It is property of the cabin and must be left behind when you checkout. If it is empty, you are welcome to refill or exchange it. We do not reimburse for any additional propane remaining.
Should you need more propane, DIY Home Center at 42146 Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 sells propane by the gallon so you can fill only as much as you need.
SPA: Please rinse yourself BEFORE using the spa. It is not a bathtub. When you’re done, please close and latch the lid to keep the heat in. No more than 6 people in the spa at one time. Please treat the spa with care. Abuse of the spa or use of chemicals or additives will incur a cleaning fee. If required, drain, clean, and fill of the spa starts at $200. No spa use after 10pm. Please treat this amenity with care.
Be extra careful going in & out of the SPA, watch your steps ( We’re NOT responsible for any accidents).
PARKING: Space for 2 cars is provided in front of the cabin on the concrete driveway. Please limit the number of vehicles to 2 and do not park in front of the neighbor’s houses. STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED.
