Welcome to the Blue Peacock, our charming turn-of-the-century guest house! This lovely home features four spacious bedrooms and two quaint bathrooms, perfect for sharing with family or friends. The well-equipped kitchen and inviting living room provide plenty of space for everyone to relax.
The Peacock is an old home, over 100 years old. There are more than normal steps to the second floor, and there is also an original claw-foot tub in the second-floor bath. The house has most of the amenities of a modern home and is quite perfect for groups to gather. It is located one block from Main Street and the City Park, close to downtown and riverfront events. It is a very safe neighborhood. The corner lot has a backyard and ample on-street parking.
Ideally located halfway between Chess Park and Monongahela's Central Business District, the Blue Peacock is suitable for short- and long-term stays. Three bedrooms include comfortable queen beds, while the fourth bedroom offers two twin beds.

What makes this property unique
Light, bright, airy bedrooms with TV, WiFi, top-of-the-line mattresses, and a restful sleeping experience. 3 BR on the 2nd level with one bath. 1 BR on the first level with one bath. The HUGE family-friendly living area on the first floor with an eat-in kitchen and cozy furnishings. There are plenty of blankets, extra linens, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. It is even equipped with most amenities you may have forgotten.
