Final Four Trip

Four long time friends enjoyed being close to the Tempe nightlife while visiting for the NCAA championships. The pool was great on our day-off!

We enjoyed our stayed. The property was very spacious and everyone mad use of the outdoor patio which also had a lot of room to sit back and enjoy the weather.

The only thing bad was the internet , the TV reception was bad it turned off every 15 minutes. The rooms did not had mirrors.

It's truly a home away from home!

It's centrally located in the Tempe area. A short drive to ASU and surrounding areas. The house has a full kitchen that got everything you need. You can have breakfast in the morning, then drive to places in the area, come back in the afternoon to have a break from the heat. It's a nice place to relax after the excursion during the day.

Perfect place in the perfect spot!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The house was very well stocked with the things you need. It is clean and in a great location for events at ASU. We would definitely book this house again.

Spacious home in a beautiful neighborhood

We loved our stay here. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. We loved the outdoor area and spent a lot of time there. We took walks around the neighborhood every day and everyone was so friendly and we felt very safe. Would stay here again for sure! Hosts were very kind as well.

Wonderful home!

This house was perfect! Everything we could need was here waiting for us. It's well appointed, roomy (four beds), beautifullly decorated, and very comfortable. Great king bed in the primary bedroom. It's also convenient to shopping, restaurants, events, and freeways. We will certainly hope to rent it again and highly recommend it. Thanks for making this home available on VRBO!

Nice Property

The property is in a nice area in Tempe near ASU. The property is a bit dated, but relatively clean with an ideal layout and beautiful patio. The pool is about 150 feet from the back yard area. Great communication from the owners. Property has everything you could want or need. I would stay here again and would recommend.

Excellent and Easy

This property was super easy to navigate to, and parking was ample, and it is close to the downtown area! The beds were very comfy. There is a castable television in the living room, and another tv in the master we didn’t try out. The patio area was super cute. We did see a few crickets around the house but that is expected for the area. I would stay here again!

Perfect spot

We had a wonderful time at this property. Larry and Ginnie welcomed us warmly with a note and wine, and made sure everything was set before we got there. It was the perfect space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We loved the citrus trees and outdoor spaces. The house was the perfect layout and space for the four of us, with an easy location to go out and explore. We would definitely stay here again—thank you Larry and Ginnie! Highly recommend!

Everything was exceptional. The kitchen utensils and spices etc were outstanding. We like to cook so we were grateful the spices, olive oils etc were provided. Beds very comfortable and outdoor patio very inviting. Thank you Larry for a relaxing stay.

Perfect get away

With a sporing event planned at ASU, our family was also looking for place to get in some in adventures with enough room to rest after. This house was perfect, located in a safe quiet neighborhood once we were exhausted the house was big enough for the family to rest. The bicycles provided gave us the opportunity to get out and cover the campus and neighborhood. The owner offered great ideas on places to hike. Being here during citrus harvest added a fun unexpected twist as the kitchen was setup to make fresh juice every morning.

Great place with all the comforts of home

I can't say enough about Larry and Ginnie's home. The house is exactly as described and stocked with all the ammenties of home. We were there over Christmas and New Years holidays and planned our Christmas dinner along with cookie baking. The kitchen is stocked with more than your average VRBO, including an array of seasonings, a meat thermometer and even a turkey platter! Bathrooms had normal supplies, but also included baskets of extras like tums, travel toothpaste, etc. Everything was well thought out. We did run into a couple of normal wear and tear issues, but the homeowner was quick to respond and do what he could to make it right, apologizing many times and even offering us use of his own laundry room when the washer needed a part and he knew we were in town for a wedding. I highly recommend not only this home but these homeowners.

We chose to live in the community because of the quality of life in the area, and because Tempe is literally the center of the Valley, so it's easy to get anywhere. The urban lifestyle of Tempe is second to none in the Valley.

Why they chose this property

This is a very special property, a mature neighborhood with large trees and grass areas. A darling private courtyard for entertaining and BBQ. Biking to downtown Tempe Mill Ave and ASU, community pool. Light Rail connects the Tempe urban area to to downtown Phoenix urban area. It's close to spring training locations, and Scottsdale is just up the road.
