★ STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY ★
For the enjoyment and health of all guests, smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fine will be imposed for any smoking evidence or odors, covering the cost of additional cleaning and maintenance. Smoking is also forbidden on the front porch, within 25 feet of the building's entrance, and near windows or doors.
