The space:
The unit is the top level of the home which boast two king bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace with adjustable desk and ergonomic chair. The apartment boast king beds with one bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen.
Guest access:
Private entrance through front or back door. During the summer there is a sectional and patio table. There is also grill you are welcome to use all year long. In basement of the home there is access to the laundry room which is shared with the basement apartment.
Other things to note:
This apartment is the upstairs level of the home. There is a basement apartment where guests enter through the backyard. he units are separated by a solid door in the basement which is dead bolted on both sides. For your safety and peace of mind, we have exterior security cameras monitoring the property's front and back doors.
