What makes this property unique
It's updated, clean, modern, 400 yd walk to the beach. We have Olympic size pool, gym, tennis courts, basketball court, pickleball courts. It's a very walkable location. Close to a lot of retail, Whole Foods, Ralph's, Costco, etc
