Your cozy getaway awaits in Puerto Vallarta at this superb condo. This terrific property features 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a washing machine, WiFi, a fitness room, and AC. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
Custom built for a long term resident that had to leave for medical. Does need a piece of art....willing to trade for right piece but set up for a professional chef and just a great place
Pool, one flight to amazing roof top views of marina. Patio deck and everything well done down to silverware. Details everywhere. Full cable custom lighting and a concierge that is free ....tipped well. Who will not fail you perfect English and just simply the best person you could know in 100km.
What else just call if you need anything. Everything was done beginning of 2025. So it is all techy and cool details. We need you to fill this with love and respect to help manifest joy.

Why they chose this property
I have a boat. It's walking distance to Marina and all restaurants and shops. Less then $10 to downtown in cab and walking to airport and ocean.
What makes this property unique
All the custom work o did so I would enjoy and have functional space that is always just the right size for a small group or just me. The details are so much nicer than all other units because I added cabinet hardware, custom sink, high end silverware and plates, attention to lighting and just a few steps to the common roof top views which are incredible. Better than many in PV. I had ocean view before and do not miss it. The mountains and Mangrove Preserve plus cruise ships and planes just make it more entertaining and still relaxing.
