No WiFi as advertised - only hotspot from landlord’s phone - was informed would be available throughout stay but when landlord left property had no internet access and then refused hotspot for last 2-3 days without reason. Not in location advertised - advertised north of river in central Prayagraj but is on Arail side. Not clean. Other guests stayed in our private accommodation and used private bathroom for one night and during day without prior notification. Bad communication with landlord who invented another contact to divert all our complaints too - this contact agreed refund for inconvenience and lack of facilities advertised then. Was told could extend stay for 1 night due to problems with onward accommodation but then told to vacate at 4pm that day - was billed $500 for extra nights stay if didn’t vacate. Terrible miscommunication, abusive, unhelpful and often provocative throughout our stay.
