The main house features two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other with a Full size bed. It includes a full bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub, a large and fully stocked kitchen, living room with a 65” smart TV, a spacious and inviting dining area, a workstation, and a washer & dryer for use during your stay.
The second section is a private studio with its own street access. It offers a Queen size bed, a bathroom with a shower (no tub), and a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, air fryer, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. For temperature control, the studio has a split AC unit.
Both units provide complimentary coffee and tea, smart TVs, and high-speed Google Fiber internet.
The outdoor space features a lovely patio and an extra-large yard with a dining table and large umbrella, a fire pit, a grill, and a two-person hammock. The patio and yard are shared between both units.
Conveniently located minutes from HEB, shopping, and numerous restaurants, with Downtown Austin and the airport 15 minutes away, Zilker Park and Tesla 20 minutes away, and Formula 1 is a 30-minute drive. Easy access to Austin’s major highways.
