Beautiful 120 m2 duplex penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 suites, 3 bathrooms, solarium, gourmet area, small pool, planned and equipped kitchen, all decorated with a parking space, LCD TV in the living room and bedroom, air conditioning in the living room. living room and fans in the rooms, in a dead-end and quiet street. Condominium in a privileged location, with semi olympic pool, wi fi in the social area. It is very close to the beach and has a view. Amazing. Has safety net in the rooms and the service area.

O imóvel é realmente tudo o que promete. Tudo muito limpinho e organizado. A localização é excepcional e os arredores melhores ainda. Tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente. Nos hospedamos com todo o conforto que imaginávamos. A proprietária (D. Cleusa) é uma das pessoas mais atenciosas e responsivas com quem já negociei. Altamente recomendado para famílias!!! Ponto alto: A churrasqueira coberta e os 3 banheiros do imóvel. Ponto baixo: A escada que dá acesso à cobertura. (Viajamos com crianças pequenas e a escada é vazada e não oferece segurança) Sugestões: Colocar pelo menos uma tela na escada, seguindo o corrimão. Trocar as prateleiras de plástico da geladeira. Logo vai necessitar de uma pintura. No mais, como disse anteriormente, foi uma das melhores locações que fizemos nos últimos tempos. Desfrute deste belo imóvel e ajude na conservação do mesmo pois D. O apartamento atendeu todas minhas expectativas,tudo muito limpo e organizado.Um dos quartos é um pouco pequeno,porém nos ajeitamos muito bem.Tem todos os utensílios de cozinha(pratos,panelas,copos,liquidificador,cafeteira,espremedor de frutas...não tem lancheira).2 tvs, uma na sala e uma em um dos quartos. Espaço muito agradável e piscina do condomínio maravilhosa!! Churrasqueira muito boa na cobertura .Tem travesseiros,mas é preciso levar roupa de cama,mesa e banho. Resumindo...era o que eu procurava tudo muito limpo e organizado,sem contar a proprietária que foi muito atenciosa conosco. Recomendo!!!

Primeiramente quero falar da proprietaria atendimento nota 10, sempre pronta a atender tds as minhas duvidas antes da locação... Eu e minha familia passamos o final de semana neste imovel que é ate mesmo dificil de fazer uma mal avaliação pois o imovel é perfeito tudo é como está nas fotos até mesmo o menor bibelo de decorção... Cozinha tem tudo que vc precisa e um pouco mais completa.. Quartos com camas confortaveis... Banheiros com chuveiros que funciona com bastante agua... Piscina do condominio mt boa.... Não posso de deixar de falar como fomos mais de 1 carro e apt despoem de apenas 1 garagem....mas isso não foi problemas deixamos os outros carros na rua que é sem saida e não tivemos problema nenhum tranquilo... A praia dá pra ir a pé uns 5minutos de caminhada leve... Obrigado D.Cleusa pelo final de semana maravilhoso que passamos no seu apt.voltaremos em breve.... Nota 10

Apartamento muito bom, bem decorado e com todos utensílios necessários, ficamos em 8 pessoas acomodou perfeitamente, a piscina agradou muito as crianças, os vidros na área de churrasqueira deixa o ambiente um pouco abafado, porem acho que um ventilador possa resolver fica uma dica....Enfim gostaria de agradecer a Sr. Cleusa sempre atenciosa e atenta em resolver alguns imprevistos ....Espero voltar em breve.
