Wardrobe & Storage: Plenty of space to store your belongings, including under-bed storage.

Complimentary Beverages & Snacks: Enjoy a welcome treat upon check-in.

Air Mattress & Futon: Available upon request. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to use either option during your stay. Additional sheets will be provided for the futon upon request.

Pet Policy: We welcome pets under 50 pounds. Please ensure that your pet is cleaned up after, and note that there is a $250 cleaning fee for any mess left behind.

Jacuzzi: Add an extra touch of luxury to your visit (additional fee per stay).
Guest access
Self Check-In: Convenient and easy, allowing you to arrive on your schedule.

Exclusive Access: You’ll have private access to the entire carriage house and patio at the back of the property.

Main House: The owner occupies the main house in front, but your space remains completely private. The well-lit pathway ensures a peaceful and undisturbed stay, with added safety as it is fully illuminated at night.

We’re excited to host you and hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines to help ensure a smooth experience:

TV & Streaming
The TV does not have cable.
It’s connected to Wi-Fi (you may need to reconnect).
You can access any streaming apps available on the VIZIO TV with your own login credentials.

Kitchen & Cooking
The unit features a kitchenette with appropriately sized appliances, including a microwave and fridge.
If you enjoy cooking, there are several great supermarkets nearby:
Kroger, Publix, Walmart – All within 10 minutes of your stay.

AC & Heating
Please be mindful of the AC/Heater settings.
Ensure both units are set to the same mode (cool or heat) to prevent damage.

Location & Travel Times
Downtown Atlanta – 10–15 minutes
Truist Park/Braves/Battery – 25 minutes
Airport – 15 minutes
Six Flags – 20 minutes

House Rules
No smoking inside the unit – A $500 fee will apply for any smoking violations.
No smoking or drinking outside of the gated area.
All guests must be listed on the reservation.
Disruptive behavior will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.
