Stunning lake and conservation views at this fully remodelled 3 bedroom pool home in heart of Kissimmee. Sit back and relax on the covered patio and watch the wildlife in their natural habitat or just enjoy the sunsets over the lake, so peaceful yet so close to shops, restaurants and a 24 hour Walmart. You will find all the attractions are within easy reach of this home and local beaches not too far away when you want to take a rest from the hustle and bustle of our fabulous theme parks.

The home itself is fully equipped to ensure you have the holiday experience of a home away from home, with all the amenities you would expect to find, just bring your suitcase and you are good to go. Master suite bathroom has access to the pool area and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms have flat screen TVs and the garage is tiled and has a comfy sofa and large flat screen TV so the kids (or Mum and Dad) can try their hand at the available games for the provided X Box 360 game system.

Great place

Master was a goood size and you could walk out to the pool. Small lake is visible then a tree line. So pretty private. Screen around the pool was in good shape. With the summer Fl. heat it was warm and refreshing. Not an overly big house but we four adults felt fine. There was everything we needed.

Kissimmee home

Property very nice and the pool was wonderful. They was a problem with ants in the house but bait was put out already and we sprayed to kill them, just like at home. Very happy with our stay.

ANTS ON EVERYTHING

The house itself is a nice little house. ANTS EVERYWHERE...... Couldn't leave toiletries on bathroom sinks. Couldn't leave clean clothes on the dresser because ants would be in them. Snacks that we had bought from the parks, that were unopened, wrapped in a plastic bag (due to ants) and put in a backpack, ended up having the backpack full of ants and ruined the unopened snacks. Had to rewash clean clothes due to ants. Manager said "there weren't any ants there before our arrival", but yet there were ant traps set up everywhere before we arrived.

Great home!

We drove from Michigan and the host graciously let us check in early on short notice! House was very clean and updated from the pics showed. Most things were supplied just not enough for our party but there is a Walmart a mile from the house. We went to Disney world and it was an easy drive about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. The only negative thing I could say would be the water pressure. I have long hair and it look a while to wash because of that. The pool was amazing as well as the outdoor area in general. Very quiet neighborhood and we got to see some wild life! I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend the property to others!

Vacation

The property was cozy. It was very clean upon checking in. It had accessories we needed. We had a baby and there was a pack and play and stroller. It was very close to store we walked to walmart twice. It was easy driving to the places we chose to go daily. The neighborhood was safe, and quiet. The pool was clean. I will definitely stay again. The host was amazing we were there a little early bc we came from Virginia and estimated time with our babies feeding he let us check in bc it was already clean.

Creekside House

We enjoyed staying at the house. The pool was really nice.For the most part the house was clean but the floors were dirty. The beds could use a new mattress. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Disney is about 20 minutes away.

Some issues

I selected this rental because the pictures showed recliners. Get into the house no recliners. I have a family member that needs a recliner to sleep. From what I can tell it was not a very recent update for the living room. Water pressure was horrible. I was asked if I would like the pool heated, I did decline. Here's my thought your in FL why would you need to. Suggest, pay the extra the pool was very cold. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. I'm guessing from the poor water pressure they couldn't get clean. It had to be ran 4 times. No, I did not notify the owner we were only there for basically 3 days and most of the time we weren't in the house anyway. I just feel that others need to know

Nice location but lots of shortcomings

Location is close to the Orlando area and many restaurants and shops and is in a quiet neighborhood. The home itself was reasonably sized for a group of 6 but we were sad to see that neither couch had a pullout bed. Kitchen was quite small. We had to deal with ants and other smaller bugs that often came on the dining room table (ant traps in each room) along with a bees nest on the garage door that we took care of. The pool had a lot of bugs on the surface and the screened in porch around the pool had a lot of cobwebs and bugs (we did not use the pool because of all of the bugs on the water surface). When we tried to check in, the keyholder was not obvious at first. When we tried to reach the property owner to ask about the key we did not get a response for about 2-3 hours after arriving on site. We also were lacking toilet paper (only 1 roll total for 2 bathrooms) and no paper towels - when we called to ask for more we at first could not get a response (and had to go to the nearby Walmart for paper products). We finally heard from support staff and they brought out additional supplies later that first night (they said that they usually only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom which seemed sparse given that we had a larger group). Wi-fi was poor (it took a long time to get to any websites) and they only provided local channels on the TV. Overall, we had a disappointing stay and urge the property owner to do a better job of taking care of the little things. If those little things are taken care of, this place would be a nice place to stay.

Enjoyed Creekside stay

The property was sufficiently clean, and ideally located for my family. We were visiting my father-in-law, who lives by the Kissimmee airport. The location was very close, and much easier to get to and from, compared to the last house we stayed at in Poinciana. The pond behind the house was very pretty, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, enjoyed the stay, and would stay there again.

2022 family Florida vacation.

Very happy we chose to stay at this property. Very close to to everything. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the lake all sorts of wildlife visit the area from birds, armadillo’s, white squirrels and yes there are alligators in the lake we seen 2 of them. We definitely will be back!

Solid inexpensive stay for Disney

We enjoyed our stay at this house which we used for 5 days during our visit to Disney which was only a short 20 minute drive away. House was completely fine. Everything worked and we had no issues with checking in or with the house itself. There were some significant bug issues (flies and ants-nothing worse) and the decor and appliances are all really dated, but again everything worked and was comfortable. Would recommend this house if you’re looking for a solid place to stay that isn’t expensive.

GREAT HOUSE

We were thrilled with this property. It was in a great location, close to stores and restaurants. All the Disney Parks were easy to get to. The pool was perfect, we enjoyed swimming everyday. The house was clean and well supplied. Antonio, was a gracious and helpful host. This home is our go to spot whenever we visit Florida.

Loved staying here!

My girl friend and I were here for 7 days. It was so close to all the parks and there is a Walmart at the end if the street. Side walks for those that walk or run. We also go to see 2 albino squirrels and a wild turkey around the house while we were enjoying the pool!
