PET POLICY:
☞ We accept dogs (2 dogs max) and cats on a case-by-case basis.
☞ A one-time pet fee of $50 dollars will be applied for stays of one week or less.
☞ For 30+ day stays a $200 pet fee will be applied.
☞ To prevent any potential damages, we request that pets stay off furniture when possible. Please bring your pet's own bedding or crate for their comfort.
☞ Please pick up all pet waste in the yard during your stay and before check-out.

JACUZZI & POOL HEATED (2 minimum nights)
Our heated jacuzzi/pool amenities are usually $175 for two nights and $50 for every night after.

Heated time: 9 AM - 9 PM

To ensure your comfort, please inform your host in advance if you plan to use this amenity, as it takes approximately an hour to reach the desired temperature. Upon notification, we will request the spa fees and then provide pool and hot tub heating instructions.

PLEASE NOTE: leaving the pool heater on after your stay will incur an additional $50 charge. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain these facilities for everyone's enjoyment.

SECURITY CAMERAS / NOISE MONITORING

Please note that each home has anywhere from 1-2 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the entry & back yard areas.

Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only, to
protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.

NOTE, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or
deleted when no longer needed.
1. Must be 25 years of age to complete the booking
2. Quiet hours are between 10 pm to 7 am - please be respectful to our wonderful neighbors
3. Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If the home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 cleaning fee.
4. Absolutely no parties or events
5. No moving furniture or appliances.
6. Guests must obey house occupancy limits.
7. Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave or before checking out
8. Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit and lease
9. For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
10. Guests agree to report any issues or damages at home to the Host immediately.


POOL RULES:

1. No lifeguard on duty: Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or hot tub. Swim at your own risk.
2. Children's Safety: Children must be supervised at all times when near the pool or hot tub. Their safety is crucial due to the absence of lifeguard supervision.
3. Age Restriction for Pool and Hot Tub: No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the pool or hot tub without adult supervision. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure safety.
4. Pool Safety: The pool is a key feature of our property. Children and pets must be supervised by an adult when near the pool area. No glassware is allowed in the pool area to ensure safety.
4. Pool Hours: To respect the neighborhood, pool access is limited to between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Please keep noise levels down, especially in the evening.
6. Liability Waiver: By bringing a pet or using the pool, guests agree to assume all liability for any incidents related to pet behavior or pool use.


PET POLICY

Guests are welcome to bring up to two well-behaved pets however, we do require a $50 pet fee. Please supervise your pets at all times and comply with local leash laws. A non-refundable pet fee will be applied for additional cleaning and potential damages.
