Enjoy this 3-story ocean villa. Just seconds away from the ocean. Sink you feet in the sand & have a ball in this 3500 square foot villa. Townhome has 7 Bdr & 6 baths & 2 Half baths. Billiard Room with Theatre Seating. The villa is old & has wear & tear, that is why we have the best rates on the beach for a 7 bedroom villa next to the beach! Linens & Bath Towels Etc. included in Cleaning fee. This not a 5 Star resort, but great location & size. 6 parking spots

The property is in a great location right across Ocean Blvd from the beach. It is in the center of all attractions. Large 3 story townhome at a great price due to age of property!
