Welcome to this charming ocean-view condo in the privately gated Litchfield By the Sea in Pawleys Island. This amazing property features 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with 3 bathrooms, one of which includes a relaxing bathtub. The additional living space with a queen sleeper sofa provides a brilliant spot to unwind after a day of playing on the beach! Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, an instant pot, a wine cooler, a washing machine and a dryer, heating, and AC during their stay. The pools and hot tub are just steps away, with the ocean and beach just beyond that. About a 25 minute drive to Myrtle Beach, a 10 minute drive to the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, and a 5 minute drive to downtown Pawleys Island. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
