Great ground floor spacious condo within a short walk to Manasota Beach.
Enjoy the gardens from your screened in lanai and heated pool in the winter.
On entry there is spacious living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen tv and open plan dining area, table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is to the front of the condo and is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher.
There are two good sized bedrooms, one with king bed and its own shower room, with double vanity.
Guest bedroom has twin trundle and also has its own shower room.
There is very large screened in patio with outdoor chairs, and this overlooks the garden courtyard.
A great location to go to the beach to enjoy or go down and watch sunset.
Minutes to shops and restaurants in Venice so ideally located for all the area has to offer.
