This owner has gone out of there way to make you feel at home in their charming house! for your enjoyment and relaxation comfort. A home you will always come back to. This charming two bedroom home is furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. It has a fully furnished kitchen, towels and linens are provided, a washing machine and dryer, enough parking space uin the driveway.Cable TV. Best of all, it is only a short drive to the best strolling beach on the Central Coast: Morro Strand State Park Beach. Shells and surfers are commonly found scattered across the sand and waves. The far end of the beach boasts our famous landmark, Morro Rock, and the strip of shops and restaurants located on the docks.

Family staying to go to a Celebration of Life

We found the property nice and clean. There were a few areas that needed some better dusting. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels the third day. I would think those things would be included or we should be let know to bring extra. There was one more issue, the bedroom that had the sliders were a problem in the morning. It was so bright early in the morning it woke you up . Maybe some sort of curtain or shade would help. We enjoyed the little fire place,the kitchen,the beds were good. There were plenty of towels. The location is good.

Nice bungalo in Morro

It's a small, older home, but works perfectly for a getaway. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice backyard space. Good parking. Close to town and the beach.

A feeling of home far away

This cozy home belonged to a grandmother, named Agnes. I read in the house guest book about how the family used to visit the home in the summers. I felt right at home there. The place is on the mountain side of the highway and doesn't have a view of the ocean, but it is close to everything and you cannot hear the highway noise. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It has a wonderful front area with a table and chairs, as well as a beautiful fenced in back yard with a table and chairs. There was a lemon tree bursting with lemons, too, and the place was surrounded with beautiful landscaping and flowers. Inside is small, but all the space you need for a family. It feels like your grandmother's house.

Cute house in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this cute property. The faux fireplace was very cozy and the backyard is a great size. The patio out front is a nice spot to sip your coffee. Close to anything you would want to do in Moro bay, Los Osos or Cayucus.

Great rental location.

What a sweet home. Kitchen well supplied (maybe too many little glasses), great living room with Netflix. A TV guide that helped us figure out ABC/NBC/CBS channels would be nice. Great back yard, easy on/off Hwy#1 and to beaches BUT 2nd bedroom REALLY needs a firmer mattress. We had to flip for the bedrooms ugh!

Lovely Home - Convenient

Nice Stay

We stayed at the house for the Lighthouse Century bike ride. It was a perfect location. The hours was cozy and comfortable. Great yard, front and back. Hope we can stay again next year

Pretty good overall.

A couple of problems and positive points: Exterior door handles are knobs and too close to jam. Pinched my hand. Need lever style handles. Yard needs to be thatched. BBW was very dirty and there was so much tallow in it that a fire started when I cleaned it. Kitchen was well equipped except needed a plastic cutting board and a couple of sauce pans and a larger frying pan. Doors and moldings were dirty with fingerprints and God knows what else. Back yard was great in afternoons with shade from the house. Adequate parking. Comfortable beds. Some of the sheets were thin but lots of white fluffy towels. Overall, was good.

Great home for a Morro Bay getaway

My family stayed 5 night and had a great experience. Morro Bay is a great base town to explore the central coast and this home is perfectly situated. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and tons of fun extras all over. My kids loved picking a movie for the extensive collection to watch one night. We had a great time!

Wonderful Home and Stay

My daughters and I had the most wonderful visit to Morro Bay and this house suited our needs perfectly. The location was perfect, the neighborhood charming and very quiet and the house was comfortable, clean and appointed beautifully. The home has everything you will need for relaxing visit and the views are gorgeous! I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning for more fun on the Central Coast! Cozy Cottage for Relaxing Getaway

We really enjoyed staying in this cottage close to the beach. It's small, but cozy and the outdoor spaces are really great. We enjoyed eating on the front patio during sunset a few of the nights.
