Wake up to the sound of the waves every morning in this ocean view condominium located on the 3rd floor in Seaside at Anastasia. This condo is newly furnished and top of the line! It is the perfect place to enjoy St. Augustine and the beach!

The condo has an elevator, flat screen HD TV and DVD player, stereo, WiFi, and a nice pool. The layout of the condo is welcoming and spacious. A family room and dining room allow you to spread out and enjoy your time!

A private tiled balcony allows you to take in the gorgeous view of the lake, ocean, and pool, which is heated during the Winter. The master bedroom is a tropical getaway with a King bed. The master bathroom has been completely remodeled and our new walk in shower invites you to relax! The second bedroom has twin beds and in the third bedroom is a queen size bed.

You will enjoy every moment of your time here and wish to come back the moment you leave! You will find everything here, so all you need to do is bring your clothes and settle in! Ideally located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach this complex features heated pool, access to the onsite gym and is gated. Great beach access at the Pier Park which includes: volleyball, bocce ball, fishing, surfing, sunning, and a splash park. On Wednesday the pier hosts the Farmer`s Market and a Music by The Sea Concert in the evening. Several local shops and restaurants are also in easy walking distance.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom

* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
